I still haven’t received my order
I still haven’t received my order, the FedEx shipper said the problem was that the sender had to update information which didn’t happen, the package was returned to sender and I just never received my order. Supposedly they were going to send me my order again but that also did not happen. They said they are now out of stock for my order (I have no idea what happened to the order that was returned to them and why the can’t resend it) and now I still have no product. What is worst is there is no attempt to make it right by the company- they are not trying to get me what remains in stock from my order, instead they are making it seem as if it’s my fault that I didn’t get the order and they are blameless here. I’ve ordered from them before and I’d say this is my experience about 33% of the time, they occasionally do get you what you order but it is rather a craps shoot. If you are considering ordering from these guys I’d have a backup plan and definitely not schedule patients until you actually have product in hand.

We would like to provide some clarification regarding your order timeline. Your order was placed on March 31st, and we reached out on April 2nd to advise that it had not yet shipped. As there was a long weekend for Easter, this did extend the shipping timeframe slightly. Your order was then shipped on April 8th, with tracking information provided on April 9th, and successfully delivered on April 10th.
We understand that delays can be frustrating and always aim to keep our customers informed throughout the process. We truly appreciate your patience and value your business.
