Amazing company

I have had several coffee subscriptions over the years and Dog & Hat are by far the best for a multitude of reasons. They always provide a personal touch to your order with design and packaging hand stamped and the occasional additional treat around festive periods.
Customer service is always on point with direct access to the team - who always bend over backwards to help.
The coffee selection is by far the best and well varied, showcasing lesser-known roasters bother domestically and internationally.
Have always recommended them to any coffee drinker I know!

I have been using the subscription for years. Every month new coffee bags are delivered to my doors so I can discover new roasting places. You feel cared for as a customer. When one of my boxes in the past got delayed the team immediately took action.

I have tried a number of coffee subscription companies as well as ordering directly from roasters, imo D&H have the best producers and selection of coffees out of the lot. I think from memory I have had 1 bag out of a good 35/40 that I wasn’t overly keen on (and even then it was still ok). Service is good, packaging and the monthly magazine is great, coffee even better. Highly recommend

Well this is what I get with my monthly subscription with Dog and Hat. Each month my highly anticipated selection of coffee beans arrives, along with an excellent little coffee magazine telling me all about each coffee, its source and the roastery that has brought it to life. Oh, and there's the occasional extra little gift thrown in as well.

As someone might have once said "This isn't just coffee, this is Dog and Hat Coffee."

I have used a number of coffee subscription providers in the past but Dog & Hat are up there with some of the best coffees i have had over the years so it goes without saying that the choice of roasters they partner with up and down the country is second to none. Great customer service, plenty of updates on orders and things to know by email and their rebranded booklet is a great supplementary read.

We love most of the coffees, some are not to our taste but we love exploring the flavours and they are always quality.

Service is great and it’s nice not having to think too much just get great coffee at a quality and frequency that works for us.

Just brilliant. Been with them for years. If you love coffee it's a delight to try beans from roasters far and wide. Customer service is top notch and they have great prices on consumables (like filter papers) as well.

Great value for a different high quality bag of coffee every single month. Got a lovely, family-run feel to it which adds to the charm. Love the monthly newsletter that comes with the delivery which gives you extra detail on the coffee you get each month including brewing tips. You also sometimes get a few little freebies with the coffee, like stickers or sweets. Never had any issues with delivery or timing. You can seamlessly add well priced accessories (filter paper etc) to your monthly subscription as well which I appreciate. I would recommend this company to anyone who has an interest in drinking a variety of high quality coffee!

I've been subscribed to Dog & Hot Coffee's espresso subscription for years now and honestly can't recommend them enough. If you're into those classic nutty, chocolatey flavour profiles, this is the one.
Every bag that lands on my doorstep is different, which is what keeps it exciting — but they always nail that sweet spot of rich chocolate and smooth nutty tones that I love in an espresso. In all the time I've been with them, I've never had a bad bag. Not one. That's a pretty remarkable thing to say about any subscription over that length of time.
The value for money is brilliant too. You're getting properly sourced, freshly roasted specialty coffee at a price that doesn't make you wince, especially compared to picking up similar quality on the high street.
What really sets them apart though is the people behind it. Genuinely friendly, clearly passionate about what they do, and you can tell they care about getting the right coffee to the right person. It never feels like a faceless subscription — there's a real personal touch to the whole thing.
If you're after a no-fuss espresso subscription that consistently delivers quality without breaking the bank, just go for it. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing coffee, wonderful company. I've been with them for years and getting that box every month is such a treat. The one time I had an issue with the wrong size filters being sent the support fixed it SO quickly and changed things so it couldn't happen again. That's what you want to see!
