Doggykings Reviews

Lovely coat easy to put on nice and cosy and waterproof and good to have an in built harness.

Good service and nice product
Needs to be a bit longer for dachund if i buy a bigger size it would be to big in the body for my mini dachund
And zip keeps coming down .

Easy to order,I find the zip will not stay up,this is the second coat I bought disappointed

Great fit and easy to use also

Terrible. Terrible fit. Far too small no where near the measurements they are ment to be. No response from customer service to return them £40 down and 2 unusable jackets..

Bought this for my 7 month mini smooth hair and it’s fabulous, fits perfectly, is great quality and he gets so many compliments. It’s going to keep him warm with the gorgeous fleecy inside, I keep being asked where I got it from so hopefully you will be getting some new customers, you deserve them.

Excellent service. I ordered the wrong size and Paul resent my new order out without charging me for 2 coats. I only had the P&P to pay. Great product too. My frenchies look great and are ready for the cold weather

Do not order from this company. I ordered a dog jacket/harness and the metal lead connector instantly broke when I attached the lead. If this had happened outside my dog would have run off as she is a very nervous dog. I contacted customer service to explicitly request a refund. My request was completely ignored by a gentleman named Paul and he said a new item has been sent out. I did not request a new item as I do not trust that this item to my dog securely. I keep being repeatedly ignored by Paul the customer service agent. I am legally allowed to ask for a refund if faulty and if within 30 days of purchase which both applies. I will also attach pictures of this poorly made product

The customer experience advisor Paul was very helpful and handled my concerns in a very professional manner. The product is of good quality. I would definitely recommend this company to all the dog parents/owners.

After ordering the wrong size for my pup, Doggykings sent me the correct size free of charge and told me to keep the first one! It has now been donated to the local vet centre so someone else can have use of it. The customer service is second to none and I’m so delighted with the jacket I have now ordered another two (the correct size!) I live in a very rainy part of the Highlands so need spares!

Very easy to select item i wanted. Easy checkout. Good diversion time. Would use again

First if all I ordered completely the wrong size so had to ask for it to be changed. Nothing was a problem and the right size was sent out the following day.
Beautifully made products and amazing service, thank you

Great service great coats very happy 😊

Love the quality and materials your customer service is great
I have purchased several no pull harnesses and coats.

Nicely made. Great quality. Very stylish at an affordable price.

Absolutely brilliant good quality and easy to put on a wriggly dog …

Excellent ordering process and fast delivery. Thanks

It is the only coat that our shih tzu will allow us to put on him. Although he does wriggle a bit. I am thinking of adding a small hook and eye at the neck to hold it together while I get the zip started and moving up his back.

Nice coat Charlie looks lovely but not as waterproof as I thought
