Doggykings Reviews

Will never buy from them again. When the order eventually arrived 3 weeks late the coat is too small. Contacted them for a return and all of a sudden they have went radio silent. Wanted pictures of the dog wearing the coat. REALLY. They say they are a serious company
That's a laugh. Just allow for the item to be returned

Very impressed by customer service, I had ordered the wrong size so got onto them and received right size very quickly the sizing process is not great, in my opinion the sizes rated L/XL when they are actually quite small. Just be careful and measure your dog properly. Other than that good products .

Well fitting, good quality and well made.

I purchased a coat in size 3XL for my 10kg Cavapoo and if fits perfectly. I followed the instructions to measure first and no problem. I was a bit sceptical reading the reviews beforehand but I am very pleased and its good quality 🐶

This was the second Doggykings waterproof coat with harness that I ordered. The first coat was completely waterproof all around. This new coat is not waterproof on the underside, therefore my pups tummy gets very wet.

Do not expect the dog coat to come with the Doggy Kings logo as shown in every photo on the listing. Instead it will come with an awful, large “fashion sports” logo which ruins the look of the coat.
I contacted them about this, but apparently the Doggy Kings logo is purely illustrative…?! No, it’s false advertising.

You can buy this same cheap looking design elsewhere on the internet for less so please don’t be fooled into buying this.

Also, the “free lead worth £20” is merely a cheap offcut of some fabric - it wouldn’t be worth 20p. So don’t get roped in because of that so called offer!

Comfortable and fits well coat for cold and rain .

I absolutely love this coat it keeps my dog dry and warm. The delivery was great and the quality is amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone

These jackets are really warm and well made. The only fault I have is when the zip is completely at the top and secure, it still seems to slide down when the dog walks and I only have a small Dachound!

It's a great jacket, and the 4XL fits my frenchie well. I love the olive green colour. You should measure your dog first and look at the size guide. It's unfair to rate the product 1 star if you ordered the wrong size.

Myself and my dog are well satisfied with the pink waterproof fleece lined coat ... its easy to put on fits really good and the quality is excellent ... she needs keep her belly warm and dry as she has been made to have lots of pregnacies (not by me) and this coat does a good job of that ... thankyou ..

This is a great coat for our Jack Russell and Cavapoo. Both 2XL. They have 2 each now. Brilliant coats in this torrential weather. And the built in harness is so good. Highly Recommend x

I ordered the wrong size and customer service were so helpful in getting me the right size as quickly as possible. The dog jacket fits beautifully and looks amazing!

I ordered 1 harness. Black 5xl.
I was then offered if I brought 2. The 2nd would be cheaper. Having accepted this offer. When I had paid I recieved an invoice stating my 2nd harness was small red. I emailed doggykings before they dispatched my items. I told them I wanted 5xl black. They dispatched me a 5xl red.
3 weeks of emails and they still haven't resolved this. I have now forfitted my money and given up.
As for the product.the zipping is not fit for purpose. When you try to zip the coat up, you need to pull it up to avoid trapping fur. This only makes the zip catch its own internal cover.
My advise is to buy a couple of towels

I ordered a dog coat which turned out to be too small for my pooch. Customer services were responsive, friendly and very helpful. My dog now has a smart new coat which fits perfectly and he’s all set up for the winter months

Been looking to buy for a while but looking at the reviews I don’t think I will bother until they get there customer service trained better

It is very good and Bella looks cute. Does the job and I love the built in harness

The coat itself is great, really good idea. The wait to receive coat is way too long .. literally about 3 weeks!!

This doggy coat is very good quality and looks great. Keeps my Spaniel warm and dry.
I highly recommend it. Excellent customer service from Paul at Doggykings too.
