Doggykings Reviews

It is very good and Bella looks cute. Does the job and I love the built in harness

The coat itself is great, really good idea. The wait to receive coat is way too long .. literally about 3 weeks!!

This doggy coat is very good quality and looks great. Keeps my Spaniel warm and dry.
I highly recommend it. Excellent customer service from Paul at Doggykings too.

I gave 1 star only because I couldn't proceed otherwise.
DO NOT buy their products. The coat I ordered took sometime to arrive. The adverts imply the coats are waterproof when they pour water over them! They are far from waterproof!! Used it in light rain and the chest and leg holes were sopping wet when I took it off the dog. When I complained and asked for a refund their reply was the coats are water resistant and they will not refund if used!!! Its an absolute scam and people need to be aware of this.
Disgraceful company!!!!

Fast delivery good quality and my dog loves it so do we keeps her warm and dry will definitely be ordering more

Fantastic customer care when i completely ordered the wrong size -
Would recommend Doggykings for sure!

Lovely jacket, fits a treat

Terrible company. Sizing incorrect according to size chart. Unable to arrange a refund or replacement. Do not use this company

I measured my dogs as advised Jackets arrived and were far too big . Email to the company, they wanted me to send them £8 ( PER JACKET ) before they would do anything, for postage. Bearing in mind they can take 24-48 hrs between emails so you are waiting , so a total of £16 to return them , also no matter what you send in a email , they send the same email back time and time again which tells you nothing really , found the whole ordeal very frustrating, I have two coats far too big , plus they are not cheap , please avoid

Awful customer service who clearly think UK law doesn't apply to them. Failed delivery and I'm expected to be chasing around trying to find it & contacting the courier. The responsibility falls to the supplier until the customer has received the goods they paid for! Apparently not, according to this company. So I've paid for something that someone else must have and that's ok apparently...

Dog harness was exactly as described. Fitted perfectly and also was also easier to put on my pup than a conventional collar and lead as she thinks everything is a game! Well done guys! Will use you again!

Non existent communication. Dog coat finally arrived after some delay. It was lovely but far too small. Despite messaging the company four times regarding return for a bigger size, no response. I would avoid this company.

I didn’t measure very well and so got a coat that was a bit tight for my American cocker spaniel ! the company were absolutely great , they sent the correct size to me !
I’ve bought the harness before which is really good and now I’ve got the coat which is brilliant. I’m a very happy customer

Great product and amazing communication and customer service with Paul who helped me sort out my order as the jacket I ordered was so small! 100% customer satisfaction! Thank you very much

I measured my dog. Jacket arrived couldn't get it on too small. Tried to find telephone no or address to no avail. E. mailed them requested label - they wanted me to send them £8 before they would do anything, calling it postage. I feel this is a big scam and should be looked into before other people are conned.

Good quality, easy to use and my dog is happy. Wish you all the best in your project, love from Isla ( the dog)

Ordered a large size jacket for a midi dashhound but was too short on his back , send message to doggykings , who sent out xl size , which fitted a lot better. Just had to pay for postage.
Thanks ...

Nice coat. Good to have all-in- one. I am glad I read the reviews before as the sizing really don’t make sense. Took me a while to work out how to tighten it and it’s a bit big but better than too small. Don’t be fooled and taken in by the “free lead” . It’s a flimsy piece of material and rubbish. It’s an insult to doggy customers and I would never use it. Why cheapen a product by adding something so useless?

So far so good it’s our first delivery so we’re still trying them so need time to thank you

Perfect size warm coat great not to use harness separately good feature with clips all in one 👍🏼
