Company gives incorrect information for sizing when you contact they charge the advice- do not waste your time and money under any circumstances- stay away

Don't purchase from here, I ordered a medium sized harness, I wanted to cancel it they told me it was already dispatched so I couldnt I would need to wait for it to arrive then contact them for return details, i have since done this and just keep getting replies from them to send me out another harness which they are requesting more funds for! Rather than give me the return details like I'm asking for

Sizing is completely mad ordered a extra large it wouldn’t cover mouse emailed three times no reply absolute rubbish

Ordered 2 coats, measured both my dogs correctly. 1 of the coats fit perfectly, the other was too big. I contacted customer service and they appeared to be helpful and mentioned they’d send a new one, I gave them the sizes which they requested and they ensured I paid another £8 for delivery. I have been trying to get in contact since and haven’t received anything. I also left a review on their website and they have since deleted it. £30 I’ll never get back. AVOID

I am so impressed with this company, they were quick to find a solution to a sizing problem with my order.
I have ordered 5 of the 3 in 1 jackets, firstly for my two 12yo JRXs, both of whom sadly passed away earlier in the year, and now for my two 7 & 8yo adopted cockapoos. They are perfect for winter, easy to put on, no need for another harness to be popped on and keep them warm and dry.
I highly recommend them for all your fur kids out there.

I ordered my second coat from Doggykings as my Doberman loved his first one unfortunately the size I ordered 5XL (there biggest ) was too small xx I contacted customer service to find out how to return xx they answered quickly and were so helpful xx granted refund with no problems xx great customer service and my original coat was perfect xx bigger sizes need to be offered xx thankyou 🐾🐾

It’s a Chinese company! Delivery takes weeks (no mention of that on their site!) and there’s no customer service! Don’t waste your money, especially if you’re ordering no for a fast growing puppy!!

I ordered a coat for my golden retriever 5XL, unfortunately it was too small. I was unable to get a bigger size. The Customer Service Agent -Paul was fantastic.
He arranged for me to get a refund.
I got the notification with an hour.
Such a shame the coat was too small.

HiI'mThe jacket I ordered was too small for my English setter 5 xl. This company was fantastic. They replied to my request to return almost immediately..with a lovely message. They issued a refund straight away without me even having posted the jacket back to them. How wonderful to have such a positive experience. The jacket was ideal and of very good quality..sad it did not fit

I ordered 2 jackets and they arrived promptly unfortunately they were to small I contacted DoggyKings and they were most helpful with the return procedure.
I am more than. Satisfied with the service I received my only regret is they didn’t make the size I wanted. The jackets were beautiful

This company sent out one of two coats in the wrong size then tried to make out it was my fault for measuring incorrectly, even though one coat was correct. This is a one man band set up. We’re dealing with bots or maybe people who can’t understand English. Either way, it shouldn’t be trading here. It’s like dealing with Manuel in Fawlty Towers!

I really don’t want to give one star but have to or couldn’t write review, I order a year ago coat never came couldn’t get in touch with anyone I think it’s disgusting that they and others like them get away with it I’ve learned hard lesson my tip go to the shop!!

RUBBISH - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS. I’M STILL WITHIN 30 DAYS REFUND OR RETURN. I’VE SENT FOUR EMAILS NOT A SINGLE MESSAGE BACK.
