Finally Able to Enjoy Walks!
Poco and Harvey went for their first walk with their new harnesses from DogsHood. My husband had been joking that he couldn’t wait to try these “magic harnesses” on our dogs. He was skeptical to say the least. But from the moment we walked out the door with the dogs, the difference was immediately felt. Neither dog pulled. Because they are who they are, they were ahead of us, but did not pull at all. We have never had one enjoyable walk with these dogs in the years we have had them. We thought they were untrainable. These harnesses made a world of difference to us and we cannot wait to get out and walk with them again. The design works. We are also impressed with how easy they are to put on the dogs. They also look so handsome and pretty in them! I almost forgot to mention that I personally have never been able to manage the dogs on their leashes and for the first time today was able to walk them both together.

Complete scam!!!! Placed order 7 weeks ago and still nothing. Their customer service is an email bot. Tracking info says my order was delivered last week to a location in Florida…I live in Colorado!
I’ve requested a full refund 5 times and now they are not even answering my emails. Please don’t waste your money here.

I ordered two for two different dogs, phone number wrong!
I ordered two for two different dogs. Took a long time because it’s a cheap knockoff from China. Name and number are just a Velcro patch. No front ring was on either and the phone number on one was one number off. No response from inquiry of how to return. It is easier to get on over the head but my dog got out of it while I was not at home with him. Overall, very unhappy regarding purchase, time to arrive, craftsmanship. Don’t buy. Chances of being satisfied are practically nil. No address to return or have a problem solved. Disheartening!

Been waiting over one month to receive my package, it’s never arrived though the tracking shows as delivered. I call BS!
They’re a scam not even worth calling it a company.
BUYER BEWARE!
No way to reach them, no address and phone number just sends you back to an email that sends you a coupon via email to buy more bogus products that will never materialize!
SAVE YOUR MONEY, buy elsewhere!
Attn: Dogshood: There’s no point emailing to your support email you provided since I’ve done it all along and it only sends me another automated response offering a 20% off coupon for more products as stated in my previous review.
Until a refund or my items I paid for arrive I will not be changing my review!

Don't buy from them. I bought the no pull harness and when it eventually arrived the name tag is just a separate piece with velcro to attach. Totally useless. I have tried to reach out to them for a refund but nobody responds. Please. please don't buy from them.

This company has been a terrible…
This company has been a terrible experience. I waited nearly a month for my no-pull bundle to arrive, only to discover it was missing the most important piece—the no-pull D-ring. I've reached out multiple times to customer service and have received no response. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this company.
Thank you dogshood for responding. I have now received the full order and missing D ring. The product is nice quality and attractive. The front clip does help a with the pulling. The ship time is very long and it is difficult to get in touch with customer service. If dogshood could improve on this aspect, they do have a nice product.
