Ordered induced by BOGO. Buy 2, get 2 free. So I ordered 2. So they sent 2 at full price. Their very confusing site had an additional button to hit to get the BOGO deal. Bad advertising and the company did not care after I contacted them. Caveat Emptor.
Now I am deluged daily with their ads. Unsubscribe request is ignored.
Worst if all… grocery cleaner tablets are cheaper and better.

DO NOT BUY. Their customer service is non existent. Ordered on the 16th. Not a reply or update to any of the emails I've sent. "Tracking" says still being processed come back later. How much later? Their page says shipped in 3 business days. It is now the 23rd. They sure took my payment within minutes of ordering though. They even conned me into " upgrading" to a $109 batch of washer cleaner which somehow took off the deal of buy one get one that I originally signed up for. I have since been informed that was an unneeded upsell scam. Buyer beware. At least read the reviews on their social media first. I wish I had.

I placed an order for laundry cleaning tablets on 4/13/2026. It is now 4/22/2026. I received an order confirmation email, but no shipping confirmation email. So much for 1-3 day processing to ship! Tried to track...the only info the website says is order placed.

Have reached out to Uproot Clean via website contact 1x and email 2x. No response during the middle of the week. I am just about ready to call my credit card company and reverse charges.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE COMPANY! Placed an order on April 9th. The same day you charged my credit card. Eleven days later nothing delivered. I have sent several emails to This company over the last couple of days and no response!

Doesn't work as intended. They also charge you to ship your return back to them. What a great policy for something that doesn't function as advertised.

I made an order and somehow I ordered it twice. I requested it be cancelled and it was. I was charged for both orders and they stated that they had processed a refund but I have NEVER received the refund and now they will not respond to the emails I sent them

I placed an order for the Everything Uproot Bundle on 3/23. Payment was taken immediately but has not been shipped as of today (4/15/26). I have been told that they are waiting on stock and have been told next week, or the next few days for several weeks. Now it’s Dryer Sheets out of stock for the past 2 weeks. I have not got what has been paid for, and will be disputing charges with my bank, if not received by UPS on or before 4/17 (was supposed to receive per tracking on 4/7, that was created on 4/2) per the tracking information. UPS has not received the package due to it still being at Uproot. Buyer beware.

I have tried other washing machine cleaning products, they never completely got rid of the musty odor.
UPROOT CLEAN COMPLETELY REMOVED THE ODOR with the FIRST USE !
I am amazed this product works as advertised and I highly recommend it.

I was very enthusiastic after reading reviews. This product is disgusting. I ran the product through my washer. The smell gave me a headache. The whole house smelled chemically. I have been running my washing machine several times to try and clear out the smell. So far, no luck.

Went above and beyond to help me correct my purchase. With this kind of service, I will continue to use these products.

I recently bought the grooming kit, but it was stolen shortly after delivery. Uproot Clean responded quickly to my concern. I filed a police report, contacted the shipping company, and the Uproot Clean team did the same. However, I wasn't offered a replacement by Uproot Clean, so I'm stuck waiting on the update police report, which could take a long time.

They have the best customer service! My order has been taking awhile, and I made a statement to that effect in an email about a sale, expecting nothing. Not only did they contact me and explained the delay, they offered me 10% off my total. After that, the OWNER contacted me to discuss how the product will help my rescue pets. I had already been a customer, and now they have one specifically for dog hair! Can't wait to try it. I'm feeling confident, since the regular one works so well. Will review when I get it!

The ordering experience was a little difficult due to the possibility of upgrades and I got charged a few times. After a quick email, everything was resolved and I was impressed with the quality of service provided!

I would love to say the washing machine cleaner is great, but it’s been almost 4 weeks since my order. Kept giving me excuses then last week they said it was being shipped but the tracking number moved beyond waiting for shipping partner. Then this morning I get an email saying it might be shipped by 4/8. I don’t think this is a trust worthy company as I should have to keep inquiring to find the status of my order if there is a true reason why.

Great customer service as well as awesome products! I can hardly wait for my gloves to come! 5 stars on every thing! I will definitely purchase from Uproot again!

I had the BEST experience with the customer service via the website. I love my uproot cleaning kit but sadly one of my trimmer guards was damaged. I reached out and heard back within minutes and was able to work to order a replacement trimmer with new guards. I was blown away but how quickly the process took and how easy it was to chat via the website. Thankful for this company!!!

I love the pet glove wipes! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and giving my pooch a bath isn't easy. He hates baths and my limited mobility makes it extremely difficult. These wipes are wonderful, easy as petting him and they work. And I recently found out just how wonderful and quick to respond their customer service is. I wasn't ready for the next shipment yet when I got an email that my order was being processed. I emailed that I didn't need it yet and they cancelled the shipment and processed a refund, the same day I sent the email! Honestly, I have never received such quick and complete service the same day from any other company I've had to contact. Usually, it's 1 to 4 days later with sorry we can't stop this one, but... So, my impression is that the company is as wonderful as their products!

I actually like this product. It works well. When it works. I bought this product and groomed my dog with great results. But then I had to recharge the Clippers and they wouldn't recharge. I contacted the company to troubleshoot and was given suggestions and instructions of what to do. I described the problem to them, sent them videos and told them what didn't work. I even sent them the order number. But then they ghosted me. I wrote them again. Got a response, received a quick response but they ghosted me again and again. All I want is a new set of clippers. The product is well-made, except for the Clippers, which are defective. No matter how good a product is if the product doesn't work after just a couple weeks it's not worth it.
