Uproot Clean Reviews 

I should have done more research. Shipping took forever, the washer tabs don't work at all. Not even a little. And now customer service is non existent. Two emails unanswered so far.

*UPDATE - I did hear from them after this review. Kath was helpful and after a little troubleshooting ultimately refunded my purchase which I appreciated. I still found the product ineffective but customer service ended up being top notch.

I am still waiting on my order UC237217712 to ship. Order place September 8.
Update: I emailed uproot regarding my order and was informed it was out of stock. I asked for a refund and was told request is under review. There should not be a review for a refund request on out of stock merchandise

Order placed Sept. 3. Rec'd confirmation email that it might take up to 10 days to ship. Yesterday, Sept. 15, I decided I was done waiting as I'd received no further communication except a text asking me if my address was a house or apt, and an email asking if I wanted to add additional products. Emailed customer service asking to cancel the order. Got a quick reply within a few minutes. They said could "proceed with the cancellation" or offer me a 15% discount. I asked for a full refund to the original payment method. Rec'd email response "I’m sorry, but I wasn’t able to complete the cancellation and refund for order #XXX, so neither is confirmed. I’m escalating this for manual handling now." Asked for ballpark on how long until I got an update - no reply. Based on the reviews here, I expect I will need to go to my bank to dispute the charge and get my refund.

UPDATE: Company emailed same day as this review. Was asked if I wanted a 25% discount on the order or to cancel. I requested to cancel & refund. Refund was processed promptly on 9/17.

Great communication and great service

I experienced the same poor order fulfillment that everyone else has complained about. I waited over 14 days without company shipping order and customer service cannot give a shipping time and stalls when you ask them to cancel the order. Quite a waste of time. Company has thousands of complaints showing that this behavior is systemic and they have not corrected the issue.

The website was easy to navigate and very informative. Purchasing was smooth and easy and everyone was nice. I can't wait to try them out!

I order September 2. They immediately started texted me with all kinds of questions about whether I live in a house or an apartment, ways they can help my “setup” etc. I just ordered a clean v product, I don’t want yo text you.

Anyway, today is September 15. They have my money but have not shipped the product. I emailed them with no response yesterday. Today I sent a text and a bot or AI responded and said it was unacceptable and would be handled. I’ve heard nothing since that time. I sent another message and have had no response. I’m livid and feel this is some of the worst service I’ve ever received. I intentionally do not shop at places like Amazon and Target as I want legitimate smaller businesses to get my money. This is no way to treat customers. I’m starting the dispute process tonight. Please don’t bother to respond. You’ll just say what you said to the last lady who ordered September 1. I won’t believe you and you will only be doing it to try and save face on a public review website.

I ordered the pet grooming on 8/28 and a shipping label was created 8/30 but it’s never been picked up. It’s 9/15 and still no movement. I’ve emailed twice and got told they are still processing it. I figured it wouldn’t take too long to ship from FL to SC but I guess I was wrong. I wish I had ordered on Amazon.

Scammed. They took my money. It's been 3 weeks with no updats.

Sam didn’t use Ai or pushy tactics to help me have the best experience possible with the Uproot clean products! He is genuinely doing this for others, no gimmicks, just great service. I’m excited to have the right bundle and Finally get rid of that stank from the washer and dryer! Thanks Sam!

I'm extremely frustrated. I ordered on September 1, 2026....still says unfulfilled order, it is September15th. Contacted Uproot, and they say they are working on it. No estimate when it will be shipped, they know nothing. If the product makes it to me great, I'm skeptical. If it works fantastic but I will never order it again....NEVER. I will go back to Afresh.

Outstanding experience! My representatives “Sam” assisted me and helped me with instructions and also was eager to answer all my questions. I never had a sales rep text me and gladly assisted me. Benchmark quality for sure.😁

Felt really good being contacted immediately after purchase to make sure everything was good. Really takes away from the nameless faceless corporations we buy stuff from nowadays. These guys not only reached out beforehand, but wanted me to reach out afterwards too! There's no "take the money & run" B.S. with these guys, just some honest people selling an honest product that gets results

Same as all the others here. Placed an order on 8/30 and the shipping label was created on 9/1. Nothing was happening so I called the shipping company. They have not received the package yet. I emailed asking for a refund and was told my request was escalated to another department. I have sent 2 emails since then with no response. I am so frustrated because I was so excited to get this product but not anymore. I should have read the reviews and bought it off of Amazon. I would have had it weeks ago.

I placed my order on September 4th and it never shipped. In checking the provided order number today along with my e-mail address (September 14th) I receive a message from Uproot that no such order number exists. However, they have billed my credit card. I have received no response from Uproot and have now started a claim with my credit card carrier to recoup the fradulent charge.

Textbook sham. Ordered on August 5th with a 3 to 5 day shipping advertisement. Immediately after placing the order, I got a text that said it may take up to 10 business days to ship due to delays. What I didn't notice in the order confirmation is that they switched what I actually ordered. I ordered 4 24 packs of cleaner, buy one get one free. The order confirmation is four BOGO packs of their 10-day laundry system at CURIOUSLY the exact same price as the 24 packs. This item isn't even listed on their website. Needless to say, like most everyone else, the order stayed at label created stage and never shipped until after I disputed it with my credit card when customer service gave me no resolution. They then shipped the items I never actually ordered and tried to keep the money. Good thing I screenshotted when I placed the order.

Not a good experience for my first time ordering from this company. I placed an order on their website on 8/26/26 and received an email saying it could take “up to ten business days for your order to be double-checked, packed, and shipped.” I received a text message the same day I placed my order confirming if I lived in a house or an apartment. I thought that was a good sign. Of course the charge went through on my credit card. On business day 11, after seeing no change in my tracking information from the carrier, I emailed the Uproot Clean team and got a quick response initially. My tracking info just says “Shipping label created” since 8/27/26. The customer service representative seemed responsive at first and said they would request a “manual fulfillment review” but then went radio silent after my follow up email asking what that would mean for my package.

The overall experience started off good but has slowly turned into a nightmare. I read on other reviews that you’re better off ordering their products from Amazon as that is more reliable. So much for taking advantage of the better prices on their website. If I don’t receive a response on Monday, I will dispute my credit card charge and also report this business to the Better Business Bureau.
