Sam rules. 10/10 experience.

Ordered September 1st, as of September 13th product has not processed or shipped. No communication via support as there is no live support team. They provide an email but no one responds. I attempted contacting the 2nd email option (the one in the automated responses to these complaints), but so far no one has reached out. I started a dispute through my bank for reimbursement. I do not reccomend Uproot Clean.

UPDATE: After writing this review the support team reached out to resolve the issue. I was refunded the money I spent on a product that never shipped. I'm disappointed that I didn't get to try the product, but relieved to be reimbursed.

Very personable

I’m giving Uproot 5 stars specifically for their customer service. Unfortunately, my two orders were not filled or shipped, and after waiting almost two weeks with my orders still showing as waiting to be filled and shipped, I contacted Uproot to cancel them.

Emma from Customer Service reached out, apologized for the delay, and promptly issued me a full refund. While I was disappointed that I never received the products I ordered, I really appreciated how Emma handled the situation. She was courteous, responsive, and made sure I received my money back.

I can’t review the products themselves since I never received them, and I hope Uproot can improve their order fulfillment. However, based on my experience with Emma and how she resolved the issue, I’m happy to give their customer service 5 stars.

Their detergent is the bomb! With five dogs I need something that really works, and this stuff truly does!!

The company caught that I missed the apartment number and reached out to me. They asked a few more questions to ensure I was getting the products to help get my son’s washing machine in the best condition.

I ordered it on August 4, 2026. They send an e-mail on August 10 that the product is "shipped". They use some shipping company I've never heard of which should have been the first sign of the scam. The tracking number by the shipping company claims that the item is delivered by August 16. Only problem is that there has been no delivery or shipments. They claim that they left it at my door, but my video logs of my Ring shows no one except family approached our front door anytime from August 15-17. When I tried to contact the shipping company, they conveniently do not have a customer service team and their auto-response system does not provide any assistance as my phone number does not match Uproot Clean who placed the shipment. Yes, they don't allow the destination of the shipment to be able to contact and get any assistance from the "shipping company". I tried to complain to Uproot Clean, but all they did was offer to send another shipment so I can try out their product. I foolishly agreed, and this exact same thing plays out again, where their shipping company claims to have delivered the package to my door, but there is nothing other than some made up log that looks like a typical shipping log except no delivery is ever made. They are quite simply an elaborate scam that tries to use a fake shipping company that they probably also created just to fabricate shipping receipt logs to continue to scam people. Buy at your own risk because the product doesn't exist, the shipment is never made, and they have the gall to charge you sales tax and shipping and handling on the order while never giving you a product and probably didn't even have it shipped as the shipping company they claim to use doesn't actually ship it, but likely just uses ChatGPT to hallucinate a shipping log that makes it appear the item is delivered when it in fact has not been.

This company responded to my original review right away not surprisingly. I sent what they requested to 2 different email addresses with no response over the last 9 days. This is absolutely ridiculous for an order placed back in July. I won’t be ordering from then again and would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Don’t order from this company. Weeks delay to even get the items shipped. Customer service doesn’t respond, their live chat doesn’t work. When the items arrived, they didn’t include $60 worth of product I ordered. They responded to my first email 3 weeks ago saying my concern was being forwarded. I still have heard nothing. There have been no responses to subsequent emails or from the reviews email frequently suggested on this site to contact. I’ll be filing a fraud claim with my credit card company and will not order from uproot again. I was excited for their product, but customer service is atrocious and the product so far has not lived up to their hype.

I had just put an order in .. heard of this product through instagram .. paid via the Shop app.. which is a great way to budget some expenses. Then a text from Sam.. so, although I haven’t even received the product customer service is top notch ; friendly and takes no , thank you, for an answer.. ( for other products)

As soon as I placed my order I got a confirmation email and text message from a team member!! Talk about customer service !! Excited to try this product once it comes in

Within minutes of placing my 1st order with the company, I received a personal text message from a real person thanking me for my order. Very pleasant, kind, and supportive of my decision to try the product before purchasing any bulk supply. Haven't even received my confirmation email and I'm already a fan of the customer service. Cant wait to try this product!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Uproot Clean.

I placed my order on August 31st, with an expected delivery time of approximately 5 days. The total amount charged was $51.12.

As of September 9th, I still had no information whatsoever about my order. I had not received an order number, a tracking number, or any shipping confirmation. As far as the information available to me showed, the package had not even been shipped yet.

That is exactly why I contacted the company through social media. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — I simply wanted to know where an order I had already paid for was and when I could expect to receive it.

Instead of looking into the issue or providing any information about my purchase, I received a response saying that they could not provide customer support through social media and that I needed to contact their support email. They also explained that their support team was dealing with a backlog of tickets.

This is extremely frustrating. The company was able to take my payment immediately, but more than a week later, they could not even provide me with an order number, tracking number, shipping confirmation, or a meaningful update about my purchase.

The purpose of my complaint is not simply that the package is late. The real issue is the complete lack of communication and customer support regarding an order that had apparently not even been shipped.

Having to chase a company through different channels just to find out what happened to an order that has already been paid for is unacceptable customer service.

Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend Uproot Clean.

I will update this review if the company contacts me and properly resolves the situation.

I ordered my product 8/12 and still haven’t received it. It’s 9/9. I sent an email to customer service and got a generic email back with another tracking number. There has been no movement on the tracking.
I messaged back a week later, no response.
I have ordered from this company before in 2024 and loved the product. My smaller carpet hair remover broke so I went to order another one. I really love the product. I didn’t think I would run into issues since I had done business in the past.

Regarding the generic response from the company. This is the same response you have posted on every 1 star review on here yet you’ve done nothing to rectify the problem. Just send us the product we paid for or give us a refund. You think posting that response is going to smooth things over?

I placed an order for a 24-tablet box for around $24. During checkout, I was offered an “UPGRADE” to a 72-tablet box for around $34 at 70% off. I accepted the upgrade, expecting it to replace my original box. Instead, they added the $34 box as a SECOND item and charged me almost $58 total. Extremely misleading.

Immediately after placing the order, another screen appeared offering me $20 cash back and asking me to enter my card information AGAIN. At that point, the entire checkout experience looked and felt like a scam.

I contacted customer service immediately to cancel the entire order and request a full refund. They responded that they “couldn’t complete the cancellation,” got an error, and it now requires manual review. They cannot even confirm that my order was canceled or that my refund was issued.

A $24 order was turned into almost $58 through a deliberately misleading “upgrade,” followed by a suspicious cash-back offer and then an inability to cancel the order immediately. This checkout process is deceptive, and based on my experience, I would not trust this company with my payment information or recommend ordering from them.

Sam gave me an extra discount. I wasn’t going to order because of the shipping cost but the extra savings helped defer that so I did. Nice touch.

SCAM!! Ordered on 8/15 and emailed that the shipping label was created. I’ve sent multiple emails inquiring on the delivery of the product and received absolutely no response. Now the shipping is showing it’s no longer valid. There is no communication after they’ve received your money. Terrible experience!

Very disappointed in this company. I placed my order on August 13th and have not received my order. I reached out via their email help line received a tracking number which provided zero information other than waiting on carrier. I contacted the carrier and they referred me back to uproot. I contacted the help email and also contacted uproot via their website support. Nothing, I have been completely ignored its been over 3 weeks since order was placed without any help. Its a despicable way to run a business. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.

I'm actually excited just to write a review which is something you don't hear much of. just received the product and have not even got to use it to see if it works but the level of commitment attentiveness and communication by uproot staff is impeccable. For some reason the product wasn't to work they automatically get five stars based on this alone I highly recommend.
