I love all my Uproot Clean products! I have the small pet hair removal tool, the big pet hair removal tool for carpets, and now the washer cleaner and dryer sheets. Uproot does everything they promise to do, which is too often a rarity these days. With two cats, a dog, and family members with allergies, getting rid of pet hair is essential! The tools make quick work of hair removal while being gentle on fabrics, and even after vacuuming the carpet, the carpet tool gets up more hair! I never realized how embedded the stuff gets!! 5stars from me, will be a loyal customer forever.

My order was taking weeks to ship when it was promised in 3-5 business days. I contacted customer service via email (they do not provide a phone number, though you can find one online--no one answers, of course) and was informed it would be an additional five business days before it would ship. I then instructed them to cancel the order. They have ignored that email and I now fully expect I'll have to reject the shipment and/or contest the charge with my credit card. Scam company. Avoid.

I placed an order on August 5th and it is now September 9th with no updates on my order. I reached out to customer service multiple times and only heard back after the 1st inquiry with the assurance that my order would be escalated with priority.
I am planning to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Quick order confirmation and good communication...didn't really like the upsells at the end of my purchase...

I received an immediate text from Sam, confirming my address; when i explained that I had made in error in my order, he told me how I could fix it.

Then he gave me some advice on how to use the product. And to be patient with our new 2nd dog. Soon after some back-and-forth, I was sharing photos of my pups. Genuinely helpful and kind.

100% do NOT order from these people. I have spent hours emailing support for an order I placed and never received. Then, when I ask for a refund, they tell me they can’t because “a label has already been created” although it’s been sitting for over a month. Conveniently, after my demand for a refund, the order finally gets fulfilled. Support says, “see, now we can’t refund because the product has shipped”. Unbelievably scummy business with his awful customer service. Search Amazon for a similar product - at least you’ll get it 2 days rather than waiting weeks and months for an update.

I placed my order over two weeks ago and have heard nothing. No confirmation of shipment or tracking info. My card was of course charged the day I placed my order. From what I can tell, my order hasn’t shipped yet. I emailed custom support but haven’t heard back. I’m disappointed because I was really excited to try their products. Now I’ll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

They are great! Sam personally reached out to confirm. And get all the details aligned!

We have had the Pet Grooming Vacuum for several months now. It works very well on our chocolate lab who goes through periods where she sheds quite a bit. The slicker brush, de-shedder, and undercoat attachments are our favorites to keep her looking great. She can fill a tank in one sitting! There is some motor noise (as expected), but it is not so loud that she’s scared. I have not used the trimmer, but I bet it would be helpful for families with long-haired pets. I really like the carrying case it came with for storing the vacuum, hose, and several attachments in one compact bag.

The company is extremely personable. Responds via text message quickly. Walk you through every step and will answer any question that you have with a quick text message. Could not be happier with what I have experienced so far. If I could give a score of 20 just for communication alone I would. Quick to respond in good communication.

Amazing customer service experience!!!! I started to place an order but then got side tracked and the order was abandoned. Sam reached out via text (I had signed up for text messages) and checked in with a personalized message so I understood right away I was actually speaking with an employee of the company. I told him I got sidetracked looking for my coupon code. He immediately shot me a coupon code and a link to the shop where the discount was already applied. All I had to do was select what I wanted. It was so simple!! He even followed up to see if I needed support with picking the products to meet my needs. Wildly effective and efficient! I am excited to try the products! The pricing was great as well!

Love this company and their products. I buy the detergent sheets, dryer sheets and washer tablets. Everything is finally feeling clean ❤️

I placed my order for washing machine cleaning tablets from the company website on August 7th. The shipping label was created on August 12th. As with many other complaints, as of September 8th, it still has not shipped. I emailed the company on September 2nd to give me an update on shipping, or refund my purchase, but they never responded. Now I have to go through the trouble of reversing the charge with my credit card company. They clearly do not have any product to ship, but continue to take orders, as well as advertise on social media channels, aggressively spam email, and try to upsell you on larger orders by offering steep discounts for bigger orders before checkout - all with zero product to actually ship.

Very nice and considerate. Not pushy like some can be. Made me more comfortable with buying the product. Not many companies reach out like this. I was actually impressed.

My rating is really based on the customer service experience, which I thought was fantastic.

Shortly after placing my order, I received a text from customer service asking whether my address was a house or an apartment. I really appreciated that attention to detail. If I had lived in an apartment and accidentally forgotten the apartment number or letter, that simple question could have saved my package from being lost or returned.

Once we got the address squared away, they asked me a few additional questions based on what I had ordered. I know some people might not enjoy the extra interaction, but I actually loved it. It felt personal rather than like I was just another order number.

They also took the opportunity to tell me about a few of their other products that I might be interested in. Yes, it's a great way to introduce customers to more of what they offer, but what stood out to me was how they did it. The interaction made me feel like they were paying attention to what I ordered and taking the time to make sure I knew what else was available.

That kind of personal attention is becoming rare, especially when ordering online, and I really appreciated it.

Great communication, easy to navigate website

Customer service is beyond top notch. I have several of their products and each is amazing! The fur removing broom is used every day in my dog filled house. I'm trying the washer tablets now and honestly can't wait to try the mold gel on the gasket. Seriously, amazing products and amazing people!
