Uproot Clean Reviews 

The follow up text from Sam was really nice. We discussed my dogs washing machine & how i use afresh & it doesn't work very good. My friend told me about her experience with uproot tabs & she loves it, of course she has 2 small dogs where I have 7 very large dogs. So I wanted to try it out. Sam wad very helpful & nice id give 10 stars if it was an option!

My washing machine is 9 months old. I took great care to dry it out after each washing session, and tried several washing machine cleaners. Still, the machine developed smells, and started to show spots on the gasket. I have severe allergies and needed a better cleaner. I purchased UPROOT Turbo fur guard. As soon as it arrived, I washed my machine with a tablet. My next load was as clean as the first load when my machine was new. UPROOT turbo is an excellent product, works great and does not trigger my Alpha Gal Allergy. I highly recommend UPROOT washing machine cleaner, and have shared a cleaning tablet with family and friends, they all agree, best machine cleaner ever.

I just got my washer tablets and pet deshedder brush. Both are amazing!!! Clothes towels and linens are fresh again. Oh and my Australian shepherd, German Shepherd and both Cats absolutely love the Deshedder. It doesn’t pull or tug. Smooth clean strokes. It is so crazy how much under coat was still on them all even with this Texas 100 degree days. Thank you UpRoot!!! One more thing the personal touch with the quick response and follow up to make sure I am completely satisfied and know how to use the products

This company does not even deserve one star. Ghosted by their customer service when requested cancellation of the order from almost 3 weeks ago. Shipping status still shows a label has been created but the shipment not picked up. Order should be easy to cancel as the product has never left their building. Uproot blamed the issue on the delivery company which is unknown since the order is in Uproot’s possession. Save your money & patience and stay clear.

This review is for the website and ordering process. I have not received the product yet. Just be aware that this product cleans your washer. Period. After you purchase it, they will tell you that you won't be happy because your clothes will still be dirty though your washer is clean, and you need to buy additional products from them to truly have a positive laundry experience. You may get this marketing message more than once. Not at all encouraging and pretty frustrating actually. I have contacted the company about that and have gotten a positive response. So hopefully it does just what I was looking for and cleans my machine. Period.

After placing my order, they contacted me to make sure I didn’t need any add-ons and made it very individualized. I appreciated Sam’s attentiveness.

When I placed my order within minutes I got a personalized text message from the company asking me if there's anything else I needed if there's anything they could do Etc. I have never in my life ordered something online and had the company Reach Out minutes later to see if they could help me with anything else. I have not received the item cuz I just ordered it yesterday but when I do I will leave another review about how it works but so far the ordering experience in customer service is second to none I highly recommend them just on that alone. And look for my next review after I use the item. And it'll be honest I do not lie I do not make up things just to make companies look good and I have no personal relationship with anybody in this company I just like to leave honest reviews to help other buyers in the future.

I mistakenly ordered Uproot Clean washing machine tablets. Immediately after placing the order I sent several emails request requesting a cancellation. After several days and no response, I sent several more emails and still have not received any response from the company. Very, very, very poor Customer Service. Over the last two weeks, since ordering, I have said five emails that have not been responded to. On top of all of this, the table tablets arrived in very poor condition. The boxes look like they’ve been ordered and returned many many times over, or someone played rugby with them. An absolutely terrible experience with Uproot Clean

Sam was great :) I did not expect a text to confirm if I needed an apartment number, very friendly asked if I needed anything else, but did not push me to buy anything else. Great customer service.

Sam was wonderful and I’m sure laundry day will be a little easier with all his help. He is a true angel and an amazing person who you can tell cares about their clients. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK SAM!!

Terrible customer service!!! I ordered $100 worth of product over a month ago and the tracking number still says “label created“. The company keeps giving me an auto generated response. I finally got somebody to reply that said for me to just be patient now they’re no longer responding to my request for a refund. I had to dispute with my credit card company because uproot completely ghosted me. I would not recommend this company whatsoever.

Personalized attention to ensure our first experience with the company was positive!

They never shipped the items I ordered. They are liars and think everyone is dumb. They are clearly shipping from China and I know exactly how ahipping works from China. The UPS label is created and is ready for when the items arrive from China and are passed to them. Why they think it is neat to lie is questionable. Worse is their support goes with the lie until you call them out and then they quit responding. 2 weeks later and nothing. Was supposedly going to be delivered onnthe 1st but of course it wasn't and still hasn't made it to the US.

Sam has been absolutely nothing less that an expert service concierge. I appreciate the thorough job and the questions that Sam ask, to ensure we got the best experience. Thank you for your service, and may you be blessed at your place of employment for exuding an exemplifying such excellence at your profession!

Update 9/15. I FINALLY got a refund. It only took 5 emails and a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission (ReportFraud.FTC.gov). Consumers need to be aware that under the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, a company must ship an order within the time frame it stated in its ads. If no time was promised, the company must ship within 30 days of receiving a properly completed order. If the company cannot ship on time, it must tell the customer immediately. The notice must give a new shipping date or state that the delay is indefinite. The customer must be given the option to agree to the delay or cancel the order for a full refund. If the company fails to ship or cannot meet the new delay timeline, it must issue an automatic full refund. NO company is excluded from these rules.

Oh and as for all of the rave reviews you see here about "Sam" and his or her supposed concierge service and how everyone got their product superfast and they're just in love with the process - I call b.s. It's just the company trying to offset the negative reviews across multiple platforms that are increasing in number daily because service is so bad.

Buyer beware when doing business with this company, as there are extensive complaints about this company. Better Business Bureau gives them an F rating because they are so bad.

My personal experience: I placed an order on August 1. The Uproot Clean website says shipping takes 5-7 business days. On August 13, I received a notification that the shipping label was created. On August 19, I emailed the shipper about the shipment status because the tracking info remained as "Processing." They said they hadn't received the package yet. On August 20, I emailed Uproot customer service and was told in reply that my order was packed and ready to go and shipping would take up to 5 business days. On August 31, I contacted them again by email. For the record, there is no phone number to call. This time, I instructed them to cancel my order and refund my money immediately. No response.. I contacted them two more times - once on Sept 2 and again on Sept 5 - again without response to either email.

I am left with no choice but to take this fraudulent, thieving company to the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General's offices in my state and in Florida, where they are located, because there is clearly no intent to fulfill my order, no intent to cancel the order, and no intent to refund my money. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Shipment stayed in "label created" state for over 2 weeks (they promised within 10 days, which is still rather slow), without being shipped. Customer service responded that it should be updated "within the next few business days", but after another week it still wasn't shipped. I requested a refund but customer service has been slow to respond to that request, too.

Update: they did eventually issue my refund, 1 week after I requested it.
