3 weeks and the product still hasn’t shipped. I emailed customer service on business day 11, and they told me they would escalate my concern to a different team. Never heard back from them since, and they have ignored my emails.

Going to be disputing my credit card charge. Figured something was wrong with this company when they started spamming me with marketing text and emails constantly after ordering.

Stay away from this company. I wish I had been warned before I fell for their 40% off promotion, an upsell, and a supposed “free gift.”

It took nearly two weeks before they even shipped my order, and when I finally received it, there was no free gift. This whole ordeal has really soured me on this company, so I contacted them to request a return since I did not receive everything I was promised.

They tell customers to contact them by email, but they do not respond to their emails. It has now been six days since I first contacted them, and I still have not received a response.

Nonexistent customer service. Buyer Beware!

This company won't answer me as to why I haven't received my order. It's been since August 16 and it still states label created.

I recommend not to order from this company.

I ordered from their website on 8/15 and as of 9/5 have not received the product. Their status says that a shipping label was created on 8/18 but there has been no movement since then. I have contacted customer service 3 times. The first time I received a response that they expected it to move in a couple of days. There was no change and I did not receive a response to my subsequent emails asking for a refund. At this point, I will be shocked if I receive what I ordered or a refund.

Site has not responded in their 12-24 hour time frame. Been stuck on shipping label. Reporting them here and the BBB. I have sent 5 emails without a response.

I never received my order after waiting 35 days for it. Their customer service team refused to issue a refund..instead they offered me a 15% discount on my next order. Avoid doing business with this company.

Echoing others, I placed an order on August 1 and it is now September 5 with no updates on my order. I reached out to customer service 3x and only heard back after the 1st inquiry with the assurance that my order would be sent within 5 days. That was nearly 3 weeks ago....
Don't bother with this website. I am planning to file a credit card fraud report.

Ordered on 8/19/2026 now 20 day later and can’t talk to anyone, emails are spotty at best. No responses and no product. Do not order!!!

I really love this product I don't have pets but my friends do. I gave my sister and friend some so I had to order more. I found something similar but it wasn't the same. Great product and thank you🥰

I never received my products. I placed an order on August 3rd and the shipping label was created on August 5th, however, after a few weeks I noticed no movement. I reached out to customer service on August 25th and was told my order was packed and awaiting pickup from shipping provider. There hasn’t been movement since and I’ve gone back and forth a few times with customer service via email. I’ve been given the same messaging with each reply; I am asked to wait a few more business days. Do not order through this company’s website. I just requested a full refund.

Made on order on August 20th, on 21st got a tracking number. It all ends there. Nothing ever shipped. It is now September 4th and no movement. I have reached out to Uproot 3 times, no response. I’m writing this review while on hold with my credit card company. Having to dispute with them, since the company doesn’t actually send products ordered or respond to paying customers.

The product works very well in my washer. Does exactly what it specifys.

I just wanted the washing machine tablets. As soon as I went to the website, I was offered 40% off if I gave my email. Fine, I did that. The discount was not applied to the $59.99 4-pack. When I placed the order, a pop-up said that I was not ordering their best product, and I should get the better option for an additional $39.99. At that point I knew I was dealing with a bait-and-switch scam company, but there was no way to decline. My order was placed. When I went back to the website the product I just ordered was advertised for $39.99. The help portal on the website says they have live chat, but the link is never active. I have sent three communications through the website, two emails, and left two voicemails at the unmonitored phone number. When I try to check the order status on their website with my order number and email, no order is found. This is a sham/scam company. I have disputed the charge through PayPal. Please do not waste your time with these bozos.

On 8/11/26 I placed my order online. On 9/30 (19 days later), I was notified by their shipping company, GOFO, that it had been delivered that morning. It was not. I contacted them (could not get a person, only auto AI) and they had me look at the Proof of Delivery photo on their website. It was not my house. It was not even my street. In fact, I had been out in my front yard all morning during their supposed delivery time. I looked at the delivery coordinates, and went to that house to see if they had received the package. They said they had not.
I've tried reaching out to Uproot customer service, but can only email them. Can't get anyone to reply to my email.
Total Scam! Wish I had checked Trustpilot first.

Ordered this product a month ago. Received order number but it has still not shipped. Written 3 emails and no one will reply. I am out $85 . I think this company is a fraud.

I have 2 labs that love to go out in the first to hunt. They also love going in the water. Needless to say, they sometimes smell really bad! They also love to sleep in bed and cuddle. Result…clothes and bedding that smells like wet dog. Yuck! Up Root has solved my stinky bedding problem! I use the laundry detergent, along with the dryer sheets (also regularly clean my washer with their tablets) and my laundry comes out smelling clean and continues to smell clean! And bonus is they come out of the dryer with no hair left on them! I just reordered because this product works!

I attempted to buy the washing machine cleaner tabs. I ordered back in July. It is now September and I have still not received my order. I have tried reaching out multiple multiple times via the email provided on their website and I just get the same automated response each time. I’ve tried calling and left voicemails. I’ve requested a refund, but I still get no real response or solution to what is going on. It’s confusing because it looks like a legit company and they have products in stores but if you order from their actual website, it is a SCAM. Save yourself the time and the money and do not order from UPROOT CLEAN.
