Great prices and quick checkout. They followed up to confirm a detail I had left off my shipping record. A lot of upselling going on at the end but you just ignore it and only check out once.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They never send the actual item and will give you the rib around worth a fake tracking number that never has any movement. It has stated label created for 3 weeks now and when I reached out to the company they sent a generic email about the order being ready to ship however it never has.

Epic Customer Service. They responded immediately making sure I had everything I needed.

I placed my order on 8/5 and was sent a notification that the order was shipped on 8/6. Its now 9/2 and the order is still in processing, and the only thing that contacting their "help" desk has offered, is that the order is packaged and waiting for pickup. So either the company is outright lying or they need to find a better shipping company than this company thats being used.

Similar experience as most of these reviews. Ordered on August 20. Shipping label created August 21. I had read the information in the FAQs on Uproot's website that processing can take 1-2 business days and shipping an additional 3-5 business days, so I waited. I had placed my order on their website and paid via Shop. According to Shop's tracking, my order should have been delivered August 29. On September 1, I received an email from Uproot that my order had just shipped. I contacted customer service asking about the delay and sent them screenshots of my order information, Shop's tracking, and the email with their tracking information. I expressed my frustration and said I wanted to cancel the subscription I had signed up for because I wasn't even sure I wanted to keep the products at that point. Customer service did respond, but only to basically parrot all the information I had given THEM - how it was frustrating to be delayed and it had just been shipped. The next morning, I get an automated email asking to rate their service. Needless to say, that rating was not a good one either. I won't be purchasing from this company again, even if I do eventually get my order and actually like the products. It's not worth the hassle or the headaches.

I really like the Uproot products. After I use the ultra pods to clean my washing machine it literally smells amazing. And my next load of clothes comes out fresh and clean like no other product I've used in the past. Dog products are amazing as well, especially the teeth cleaners. I also like this company because they go above and beyond. Team member Sam texted to verify my address to assure it was correct. Also went above and beyond to answer my questions about a specific product to know if it was deemed "clean" as I care what products are around my family. This is my 2nd order from Uproot and I will definitely be placing a 3rd, 4th, etc!!

DO NOT ORDER, YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE IT! Ordered on 8/10/28 & nothing, yet payment was taken. Emailed them 3x to their contact & no reply. Did a Facebook message & finally got a reply, but essentially still not resolved. What a waste of money & I'll be warning people every time I see their ads. I'll be checking with my bank about a refund, because I likely won't get it from them.

My ordering and processing went smoothly with no issues on shipping and all. I ordered the wrong item that I wanted, and they responded with an acceptable response quickly and took care of it. Does the product work? I'm not sure yet but I think it has helped with the smell in my washer. I'm still holding out on end results after a few more times of using it to be sure.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with concerning online orders. I ordered the washing machine cleaner and the complete dog grooming kit. Neither of them worked. I reached out to customer service (as this is the ONLY option). After a couple months they finally told me ow to return it for a refund. I sent it back (I had to pay the return shipping) and provided them with my receipt as they requested. This took place on June 8, 2026. Today is September 2nd and I still have not gotten a response nor my refund. Horrible customer service and even worse product. So now I have paid for products and $54 to return it and still nothing.

Company may respond to email, they lie about delivery times. It’s best to request a chargeback from your credit card company because this company will not bother to ship or respond to emails. Their website is just a theft portal, they do not ship or respond for refunds. I had to end up requesting a chargeback refund to Paypal and that was handled quickly. Not sure what the support even does, because my package was allegedly packed and ready for pickup but never shipped.

Sam from Uproot Clean was very professional, helpful, friendly, and "Sam on the Spot".... not to be confused with "Johnny" He reached out to me right away during processing my order within minutes of catching an address issue on the order I had just placed. Thanks again for all your assistance Sam. He even took a few extra minutes to ask helpful and related questions to assit in trying to really understand any additional needs I may need. I told him, I will remember this for excellent customer service for any future needs in this category if i need anything related in the future. Sam knows how to provide EXCELLENT Customer Service...Congratulations to Uproot Clean for having Sam as a vital part of the Company.

I have not received my order yet but I have been trying to get a hold of somebody in customer service prior to them Shipping my order with no success. There is no contact phone number. They do not respond to the email that they have provided for customer support. Based on their customer support, i would be shocked if this product is worth anything. I will update if and when I ever received the order.

For a person that has multiple pets this is a great product. I use it twice a month to keep my washer clean. I have even told my neighbor about it and gave her a sample and she loves it.

Total scam!!! I ordered and was billed but never received the product. When I emailed the company they said it was sent to the shipper. One month later and still no shipment.

Update: On 8/13/26 they said my order was packaged and sent to their shipper. After I posted my honest review yesterday, they emailed me and said they are having problems fulfilling orders. If I am willing to wait they will reduce the price by 30% and send it to their shipper by 9/5/26. So the email saying it had been sent to the shipper on 8/13/26 was fictitious. I just want my money back.

The first time that I ordered something from this company I was told it was unavailable. They responded as such. At least I DID get the item/s which were nothing to write home about. The second time I ordered something, a month ago I was charged and I never received the item. They do NOT answer emails. There is no phone number. I think that the company is a scam.

Add me to the long, obviously growing list of people unhappy with this company and its lagging delivery. I am so close to calling the local Better Business Bureau.

Ordered product got an email confirming it is taken out of my account and will arrive within 10 days. This was August 7 when I order now is September 2 and still haven’t got my product. It’s a scam don’t fall for it.

Since this is the second time I ordered,I guess you can tell it was a no brainer for me. You finally got a product on the market that truly works. Gave some to my daughter and she was was thrilled with the results. Can't wait to give them to other family and friends. Thanks for the great experience.

BEWARE! This place is a scam! I ordered their package of different pet hair removal tools on August 3rd and have yet to receive anything. Of course, they took my money right away! I got an email shortly after the order that said they were behind because of so many orders. After 2 weeks of no word from them, I sent an email asking where my order was. I got a response saying that they apologize and will be shipping out my order in 3 business days. Well, it's been 2 more weeks and still nothing. I have sent another message asking for a refund since it's been a month and of course, now I'm not getting any responses! I spent $75 on this order so I'm pretty pissed to not have it.

We have some flakes letting out from behind our washing machine so I figured I would give this a try. Shortly after purchasing, Sam reached out to confirm my order, verify my address, and give me a little bit of insight on how to get going with the product given my situation. Looking forward to receiving the product. The service has been great thus far.
