This companies delivery and and communication is terrible! I ordered some items in July, and it sat in label created status until the end of August. I had to send an email requesting a refund for them to actually do anything. Even then, they never responded to me and just started shipping the items and completely ignoring my refund request. I emailed again and still have not received a response. Even if the product is good, I don’t even want to use it anymore with how they run things.

I ordered on August 10, 2026. I began asking for a refund on August 27, 2026 when it hadn’t shipped. I sent three emails asking for it to be cancelled with the third occurring today, September 1, 2026. I then got confirmation it had shipped. I will NEVER buy one of their products again and will warn anyone who will listen to do the same. HORRIBLE company with NONEXISTENT customer service.

UPDATE 1: This review did finally prompt a reply from Uproot's customer service. A 30% refund was provided. I was instructed if I still didn't want my order, I was to refuse delivery and, once it was received back, I'd be provided with a full refund. I have no idea for what shipping service I've been charged to deliver the item. The burden shouldn't fall on me to intercept and refuse regardless, and it's highly unlikely I'd be able to do so. As they're not willing to provide a full refund as I requested for a week prior to their still shipping my order, I'm asking if they'll fully refund my purchase INCLUDING shipping fees if I take more of my time and energy to get it returned via whatever shipping service it arrives (if it even does).

UPDATE 2: I did figure out the shipping provider and emailed them notifying them I'm refusing delivery. They replied stating as it's already been shipped it's not likely they'll be able to intercepted. Uproot customer service fully refunded my purchase without my having to return the delivery should it arrive. I do appreciate this gesture and the communication now occurring, so I did increase my rating to 3 stars versus 5 (due to the shipping delay and communication issues despite my personal efforts and frustrations on the matter, I'm not able to give 5 stars). IF I still receive the product and IF it's quality, I MAY consider increasing it to 4.

My order still has not shipped when I ordered on August 20th and it is now September 1st. The order had 3-5 shipping. I upgraded to the ultra tablets and my card was already charged. The help emails are not answering past the first day. I have emailed every day following and tried calling and leaving a voicemail but still nothing. If no update in a couple of days I guess I’ll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I really hope I can hear back soon.

Terrible customer service. I have emailed multiple times with no replies at all. Cancelling was a pain.

Sam contacted me via text regarding my order. I have a German Shepherd & the dog hair has become an invasive species all of its own! He made sure I ordered the correct item for my washer issue. He asked me a few questions about my washer AND dryer & was able to recommend some dryer sheets for me as well! I am so thankful for his advice, tips, & the time he took to make sure I had the right products for my laundry concerns and issues! A new customer was made today! Thank you, Sam! :)

Easy to buy. Video and site is very informative. Pics look just like our machine everytime we have to clean drain filter. Looking forward to trying out the product. Thanks!

Ordered on July 18th, had back and forth with customer service on the 5th then 15th of August and now radio silence. They work with Amazon and that sucks don’t order from them, I’m tired of big corporate companies posing as small companies that care. It is beyond frustrating I will be contacting my bank to refund my order as it’s been over six weeks and no progress on shipping. My order states pre-transit and that has been for 5 weeks. Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere.

Unable to contact anyone. Placed order on 8/10 and still have not received. Seems like a scam. All reviews here say same thing yet on their website they are all great.

The 5 star review is for Sam and his communication and customer service/support he thoroughly made sure I had everything that I needed for my order. Sam was courteous and professional and deserves an A+ for salesmanship and persistence.

Ordered from them it has been a month and all the info says is the paperwork has been received by the shipper. Contacted the shipper they have not received the package. Emailed uproot and requested info. They replied would ship out in 3 business days. 5 days later still nothing. Sent email to cancel order and ask for full refund since they have not shipped anything yet. Once again no response after 4 days. Do not buy from these people. Customer service for this company is non existent.

They claim to ship in 5 business days, but in reality I'm not sure if it's ever going to ship. They really need to get this together.

Edit: they contacted me to supposedly remedy the situation, and they only made it worse. Now they seem to be "backordering" my order without any ETA. They are not ignoring all my communications to just cancel my order and refund my money.

Placed my order with them on their website on July 15th. Today is August 31 and I still don't have it. Every email to customer service get's the same response: "We've given it the highest priority and it'll be shipping in 3-5 business days". I will say that they refunded a tiny portion of the price so far and that it shows as shipped now but 6+ weeks is unacceptable.

Excellent customer service and the products are great.
I am a repeat customer. I have their carpet rakes and now the washing machine cleaners. Great stuff!

Terrible SCAM!! They take your order and then they take your money. They never ship your orders! It’s been over three weeks since I’ve placed an order. I have received neither one of my orders, which I am paying for!! This is not acceptable! I’m a first time customer. They don’t care, so obviously, their product is not worthy of anything! I’ll make a different choice the next time for sure. I want either my money or the products!

Customer service is excellent and felt very personable.

I placed an order on August 12. I have not received any shipping information and have reached out to them via email 3 times with no response.
Wish I could give less than 1 star!

UPDATE: I never received product. did end up getting a refund. I still do not recommend purchasing from this company.

I placed an order on 8/31 and almost instantaneously received a text message from customer service (Sam, to be exact). Sam was very helpful with ensuring shipping details and for recommending additional products that will help with my pet household. At this rate, I can’t wait to receive my ultra washer tablets!

I have not received my product yet but I'll tell you what the customer service is absolutely incredible! No AI generated crap . Real people with real answers and purpose. Thank you for the tips I cannot wait to try.
