I worked with Sam on my order of washer tablets and I couldn't be more happy. He went above and beyond helping me and making sure I was getting the best deal. I will definitely be a returning customer!

The order did take a long time to get to me, but it did show up. I used the tablets in my washer and it was much fresher. It’s worth a try definitely. I got a text after I made the order thanking me for ordering the product is very good.

Ordered the product and waiting to try it but the customer service by far is amazing!! After purchasing the product, I’m glad to be contacted to help push the education of how to use the product to its full potential. Wish more companies do this, lots of time we just buy it hoping it works but never read the instructions to use it correctly.

I should have done some more digging before placing an order. I thought going right to the source was the way to go. Resellers, and 3rd party sellers have burned me in the past. Between the BBB reviews and Trust Pilot, not receiving orders placed is a very common thing for Uproot. The tracking status for my order (#UC229866012) is in limbo. They are blaming the carrier. I am perplexed that if the shipping "carrier" who remains unnamed is dropping the ball, they need to reevaluate their buisness relationship and find a logistics company that can preform. I would be willing to pay a bit extra if it means I get the products. There are so many BBB complaints. I see why because my $200+ dollar order is stuck on Deliver by September 10th. I really want to try the products, to see if it will actually help with the issues I have come across washing pet items in my washing machine. As soon as I placed the order I was bombarded by multiple texts right from an Uproot employee asking if I ordered enough product. Sam from Uproot was trying to upsell even more products...which is wild that I haven't, and 1000s haven't received anything weeks and months after ordering or not at all. They were trying to upsell products I already had purchased in the bundles that I selected. I am only a few weeks into this, as others have had longer, worse experiences. However, again, not to beat a point to death, this carrier, internal or external, needs to be sacked, fired, and terminated. The tracking site they use looks so much like a scam, it's ridiculous. I almost expected it to infect my device with a virus.

I would give 0 stars if I could. It's been nearly 3 weeks and the product still hasn’t shipped. I emailed customer service 2 weeks after placing my order and they told me they would escalate my concern to a different team. Never heard back from them since, and they have ignored my follow-up emails.

Going to be disputing my credit card charge. They started spamming me with marketing emails constantly after ordering, but cannot answer a simple inquiry on when my products will ship. I should have read the reviews here first rather than on their website, as I am sure they are deleting the negative ones there.

Yes the company is super as well as Sam who kept me updated on my order but gave me tips on use of my new products. I used as soon as I got my package, my machine and clothes smell great and the dog hair is not noted. Thank you!

I order their product that is supposed to clean out washing machines. After ordering I got bombarded with upsale offers, which I agreed to. The product was to be delivered in 3-5 days as advertised. It's been 3 weeks and all I get from customer service is AI responses to my emails. They can't tell me if or when my purchase will be sent. Buyer Beware!!!!

Before ordering I saw many reviews saying fulfillment/shipping was so SLOW. My experience: I ordered on 9/6 and received on 9/17. Yes it's slow, but it's also budget shipping (not USPS, FedEX, UPS, etc...but with some carrier named "GoFo").

Some people thought it was shipping from China, but I think that's unlikely since it started shipping via ground from Miami on 9/12. Yes delivery was slow, but thankfully I was expecting that after reading others' reviews and in fact 11 days was close to my best-case expectation so I'm satisfied.

I know that free 1-2 day shipping is the new standard in the age of Amazon, but if you're patient you'll get your items.

They ARE a bit gimmicky with post-sale upgrade offers and unrelated "free giftcard" messages, a la Groupon etc, so be prepared.

Ordered 17 days ago, charged immediately, still no shipment. Starting to think this company is a scam.

Never got product, business is a scam in my opinion. Requested a refund then got ghosted by customer service so I had to file it as a fraudulent charge with my cc company. Just a big waste of time dealing with this company

This product works extremely well and my washing machine smells so good and fresh now after just one use. Customer service is excellent and they shipped expediently. They even followed up with me to make sure I received the product and also how I was getting along with it. I appreciate the effort of this company so much and highly recommend their product!

I've been using this product for about 6 months and I like the way it makes my dogs blankets, bedding and sofa covers smell. It also does a great a great job at removing most of the pet hair. Their washing machine cleaner leaves my machine sparkling and smelling clean. The dryer sheets have no residue and smell good.

I am amazingly impressed with the products I received.
The groomer works so well and is so simple I wanted to cry for how much pain and suffering I've spent on home groomings and the subsequent house cleanings after the process was over.
This was actually...FUN!
My dog, who was afraid of the noise of the clippers and vacuum and didn't love the groomers, actually seemed to enjoy this time. My husband said it was the best hair cut he's ever gotten (he's 10!)
The washer pods also work so well! My washer smells better and I haven't run the test on dog sheets that seem to carry the musty dog smell but I'm hopeful!
Also the bonus ear cleaners....amazing! My dog like so many was never a fan of getting the drops and I was never a fan of getting pelted with the residue that he would shake out of his ears during cleaning and these little babies are simple magic.

I was skeptical (but I am for a lot of things) I'm so happy to be proven wrong and look forward to a lot more enjoyable brushing and less vacuuming up dog hair!

It has been 10 days since I’ve placed my order and there has been no update, no shipping label created, no movement on my order. I’ve contacted customer service several times and their answer is they don’t know what’s going on, and no one is helping me to resolve this! They keep deferring any sort of problem-solving skills, and just sitting with my money with no insight as to what’s going on with my order

Uproot clean is the BEST !!! I have cats and work in rescue. I started with the cleaning rakes. My Gosh the cat hair you don’t realize is there after you vacuum is incredible! Not anymore. ; ) Then I tried the laundry & dryer sheets, outstanding! Clothing comes out hairless and stays that way! No more useless plastic jugs!!! The washing machine tablets work so much better than the ones you get at the store. The company gets back to you right away way if you have a question or change. Sam notified me by txt tht my shipping address was wrong and we corrected that before it was a problem. UPROOT CLEAN IS GREAT!!

I’ve tried quite a few different products. Uproot Clean has come up with the best tool in removing dog hair. I’m getting one for my dad, and my housekeeper was so impressed that she asked me to order one for her too. I have also used the tablets for the washing machine- also another great product and I have tried a couple of other brands with little success. Great product - great company.

Company created a shipping label and no product movement for 3+ weeks. Customer service responded and apologized but no actual action. In my opinion this is a scam site. Requested a cancellation and refund and of course no response. I would hope that any sites promoting their product would cease since it is a direct reflection on the platform

They were quick with the responses and gave very helpful tips on how to apply the product. Very friendly service as well.

Not sure this company/product are even real. I placed an order 08/27 and never received it. When I asked where my order was on 09/09, they said it was packaged 08/31 and was waiting to be picked up for delivery. I've read numerous other reviews saying the same thing. I finally disputed the charges with my credit card company 09/16. A couple hours later, i received an email drom the company that my money was being refunded. I would not purchase from this company. Serious order fulfillment issues.
