Dogtags Reviews

These dog tags are absolutely adorable. Great quality and look super cute. Even on the small tags, able to fit name, phone number and address, making the tags functional as well as attractive.

Customer service was responsive and so helpful.

Great experience.

We originally purchased two dog-tags for our new dogs in mid 2023. Ordering was easy and tags arrived promptly. The quality and engraving of the tags was excellent.

Unfortunately we lost one tag and needed to reorder another. Again process was extremely easy and tag arrived exactly as ordered.

We highly recommend dogtags.id for the quality of their product. Customer service was excellent.

The quality and engraving is amazing! When my tag arrived it was better than expected, I was extremely impressed.
Communication was very efficient. Thank you for a great product :)

First time purchasing from this company, I am very happy with the quality of the product and service. The designs and colours to choose from was a bonus that I liked. The time for delivery was actually a fast turn around. I will definitely be shopping from them again.

Website was easy to use and the tag come as pictured.

The tags arrived in safe, beautiful and reusable packaging. Tags are of high quality and look amazing on my dog's collar. Perfect size for a small dog, I love that there are size options on the various shapes available. Customer service was friendly and helpful.

Excellent dog tag that fits perfectly onto puppy’s collar without the jangle! Responsive and helpful customer service too.

I purchased two pink queen/princess tags with bold text which is very easy to read.
They suit my dogs perfectly.

Customer service was great, prompt replies from Zoe to assist with the delivery delays.

High quality product. Prompt response when my item hadn't arrived and then I found it in my letter box. Polite and helpful. Wonderful.

These tags are excellent quality and were exactly as described. I had to correspond with the seller due to an issue that was not caused by them, but they were very helpful and very responsive. I definitely recommend

I'm really happy with the tag I've received. Me, my partner and my doggo loved it. Wants to add that Zoe from the support team was really supportive and helpful

I'm very happy with the team and with Zoe who kept in touch with me until I received my tag. Very easy to order and great communication. Thank you, guys,

We ordered two dog tags and they are great quality! They look exactly how it was shown online. I loved that we could change the size and font to customise the tag. Customer service was also great and affordable pricing :) Will definitely order again.

The tag is exactly as expected and seems well made. I also bought a collar, and am very happy with that, as it is well padded around my puppy's neck. The items took a long time to arrive, but the response from the staff at dogtags.id was terrific.

The quality of their dog tags and their service are amazing. We could put all the information we wanted to put on the tag with the best quality.

My order appeared to be taking a while to arrive however when I contacted the company they responded very quickly and positively. The tag is excellent quality and very clearly engraved. I thought the hole was a little small and the ring to attach it to the collar was not very strong however I can replace this quite easily. Overall I am very happy with the quality and service from the company.

Dogtags were very reliable and easily contactable. I am very satisfied with my affordable and high quality products.
