Dokan support was excellent
Dokan support was excellent, we used the product for a year but had to close our business. When the subscription auto renewed I contacted support to explain the situation and they immediately refunded the subscription which was great service and integrity.

Good experience so far
I just purchased and installed the plugin a few hours ago so I haven't tested everything out yet but so far I'm off to a good start. Support was quick and Burak answered my questions during a live chat. There is also a ticketing system but hopefully I won't have to use it. Dokan seems pretty solid so far. I used another multivendor plugin in the past but it was too buggy so I decided to give Dokan a chance.
