I'm in the beginning of my journey to establishing my online marketplace. I've used Dokan Live chat support multiple times now. Catherine has been very helpful, she's helped answering my various questions. I always get my answers in a timely and professional manner. I'm excited to explore more of Dokan.

I've talked with Catherine and Helena who have both been the most helpful customer service reps I've talked to in a long time. Most of the time customer service reps aren't able to help with simple issues or take a long time referring you to other people. These reps were on top of it. Respect.

One minor concern is that it's not a 24/7 support so be somewhat patient, they'll get to you. Also, don't click "Dokan (Free)" just click "Other" or something else when responding to the chatbot because it'll lock you out from using the chat and refer you to the wordpress.org website where the mods take much longer to get to you.

I'm excited to eventually upgrade my product and support this company. This is extremely abnormal for me, I'd rather not pay for products if I don't have to hahaha!
