Vacationing in Maine, I had the occasion of visiting Store #4036, had some trouble finding an item and Kristopher walked me all the way to the back of the store to find it. That's great service and I promised Kristopher that I'd leave him a good review. I always keep my promises.

Don't fall for a fake prostitute dress dressed as a undercover deputy. I learned that the hard way and I won't do that again 😔. Don't be a victim like me. Use caution and ask questions before you engage with them.

I went to the dollar tree at 1940 Main St. Green Bay, wi. I bought a disposable aluminum tin. And the cashier told me that she can't sell it to me because there is a law in the handbook called the "COURTNEY CLAW" It is written in pencil just in case she quits they can erase it. I think that is really rude.

We'll be suing you for everything you got.For being accusatory towards me and telling me I am a thief.

I went to the Dollar Tree at 10083 Brook Rd. Glen Allen 23059 today for the first time in over a month and once again, the aisles were blocked and cluttered. My goal was to get THE BASICS like TOILET PAPER on my list. THAT and other problems were too much to navigate. They were out of nearly ALL toilet paper except for the Scott brand that nobody was buying because it had been shrunk to the point of 118 sheets, 1ply only and people weren't willing to buy it.
The dollar tree brand I usually buy was nonexistent!
I had trouble with the paper towels as well. Pitiful! So, I left the cart in the store and left. I went home and ordered what I needed and wanted on *AMAZON.
NONE OF MY *MONEY WILL GO TO DOLLAR TREE ANYMORE.

Merchandise wasn't marked properly and the rude store manager did not stand by the price. Maybe train as to what is meant by "unless the item is marked differently", meaning a price should be visible for the buyer to SEE. If the shelf price says 1.50 and its ringing another price the visible price should be honored. It isn't rocket science a fairly simple concept.

The dollar tree is trash. Sells trash. Is trash. Trash.

It's always clean with a lot of variety. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant to communicate with.

I reported people stealing money and everything else that was unethical at Dollar Tree ,they suspended me without pay ,won’t fire me. it’s been a cover-up from the DM to the regional managers. If they bust the low level guys they gotta busted big guys so they had to get rid me. So the big question is what did I do wrong , it was in Lincoln, Nebraska store 07509

Really good store and have excellent prices.

THe store I visted on King St. in Oswhaw was terrible. Product on the shelves stil in boxes, staff did no tkow where items were and the layout made no sence at all.

I have gone into many of Dollar Trees in the last few months just looking around to see what all they have and May I say some of them stores are just nasty can’t get around bc they had the huge things full of supplies. Yes. I know they have to put up stick but can they not do it at night they need to focus on customers right that’s how they get paid . Theres this one Dollar Tree n Sheffield Alabama that is always clean and the huge binds aren’t In the way . This is one place I enjoy going and when I do I spend over $40 .00 bucks there . Nice employees also very polite and friendly a place where you would love to go and I fi and I recommend them to others as well .

I went to Store 5784 which is 7813 Beulah Church Rd. Louisville Kentucky 40228 and Sales Assoicate: a black female, 4'8 tall about 114lbs was working her name is Jamyah according to my receipt this girl is awful she is intimidating the customers. Jamyah is trying to cause a hostile environment in the store with the customers. This girl needs to fired she shouldn't been hired to work with people because her attitude is very bad. She has a problem with women. She is always mean and rude to the extreme. When I walked in the store she was on her phone. She doesn't want to wait on the customers and she will take her time and make you wait. And the way she gave me my receipt she is very confrontational. The store looks bad and so is Jamyah. Look this store gets a lot business from local close by people. The customers doesn't need to be mistreated because you made a mistake and hired a bitter, mean, negative demeanor, lack of politeness, slow service and rude to the customers. Jamyah is very disrespectful and I am afraid she is going to harm an innocent customer. She got to go that store deserves better. Women and children patronize this store. And shouldn't have to be concern about their safety because of Jamyah. Some people don't care about their jobs and she is one of them. Don't bring that bad customer service out to this area.

What went wrong what didn't go wrong basically and has been going wrong with this company since a couple years ago I don't know what happened but they went from a good company caring about their customers to just flat out not giving a damn their inventory is always gone the staff suck the Management's even worse because they're the ones that let these flipping horrible horrible staff treat people the way they do and the managers are 12 flippingng years old the way they act I've seen third graders act more grown up than the managers who run those stores it's a joke when you're allowed to treat people like shit with the manager standing right there that tells you exactly how unprofessional and how just they don't give a damn about their customers so good written as Dollar tree I can't wait till you go out of business! And to top it all off they have started closing whenever the fthey feel lik! They just tell customers were costing in 2 min with 10 minutes left until they're supposed to close but hey you know that's okay don't worry about the people that just get off of work and need to come catch that last 10 minutes that you decide to close early because you're too lazy to work any longer and this is the last thing I promise on three separate occasions at the same store but again three separate occasions with three separate people I'm walking out the door and out the park into the parking lot I hear a voice yell and don't come back ever so I turn around and going ask what that was about and because they are judgmental pricks who don't know anything about anything they thought I was stealing when I wasn't I had forgotten my wallet once and then two other times I just couldn't find what I wanted which I thought was allowed but when you have three different people through the same thing that tells me your management is teaching you horrible horrible wrong things when you're being trained that is no way to treat a customer no matter what they do I don't care what they do there's never ever a reason to yell at a customer out the door that's why this company is nothing but a damn joke

Bellville nj dollar tree located on washington ave have some of the nastiest cashiers ever there attitudes are absolutely disgusting they dont speak they dont greet you you say thankyou they dont even say your welcome they stay on there phones at the register they never ever look happy like they are just miserable i know working in retail can be alot sometimes but customer service in this place is absolutely horrible especially the one cashier with the low cut pink hair her attitude is at a all time high very gross to say the least. Why would anyone want to spend there hard earn money in a place that when you walk in the door you see her and want to go right back out the door! she does not interact with customers at all throws your stuff its just gross!!! to make things even worse the manager is right at the next register and does not say anything at all there are nice people out there that would love a job who would actually be nice to customers who spending there money!!Dollar tree of bellville nj you really need to do much better because nutley and kearny workers are very nice but not in this place only one nice female cashier in this place and thats very sad!!! DO BETTER !!!!

I went into Dollar Tree about two months ago, and got in line. While in line I noticed that there was kitchen utensils on the conveyor belt, I asked the customer in front of me if the things were his, the reply was no. While the cashier rang up the customers items, I waited quietly for about three minutes. A woman walked up behind me and informed me that she was in line and that I needed to allow her to get back into her place. I informed the young lady that placing items in line and going back to pick out other items does not mean that she is in line and that her things cannot hold a place in line for her. The young lady began hollering at me and I tried not to engage her. After dealing with the badgering of me I replied to the woman angrily and we began arguing. The cashier did not address the issue. Another employee intervened abd addressed me as the problem, I informed her that when I git in line the young lady was not in line, and she being hostile and aggressive and my shopping experince should not be hostile, aggressive or create an anxiousness within aby shopper. I was informed again that I am the problem and asked to leave the store. I called the corporate office and explained the scenario, and suggested that the company should put up signs letting customers know that leaving items on the counter and going back to pick out other items does not constitute that the items hold the shoppers place in line. I explained my culture, however I did not give them my age or the fact that I am a Veteran. I asked for a return call, and have yet to hear back from the corporate office. I wonder if my culture was the reason for the lack of response or my gender since I was dealing with an issue with a female consumer. Either way, as a long time customer I will not be going back to the store since my concerns did not warrant a call from anyone from the company/corporate office. It is time that we stop supporting companies that do not support us and only want our money. If a consumer has a concern, and addresses it within the companies guidelines the company should care enough to address those concerns or reply to the consumer. Companies are becoming more elusive, and creating a wider gap between themselves and their consumers. When will companies become accountable to its consumers like the old days?
