App keeps taking me back to tip and review. I’ve entered the tip and review three times and it just keeps going back to that screen. I don’t think my delivery person received the tip because I do not see it on my credit card.

Don’t use them. Find someone else
The whole thing, I’m still trying to get my claim processed. I paid for two movers. Only one showed up, damaged my couch and arrived two hours late. I took time off from work for this and wasn’t able to do any other errands after.
Dolly is garbage. Filled out my claim next day after my service and they’re telling me it’ll take 4 weeks for resolution. Absolute joke

You may be the “helper”
Booked a 1-bedroom move which claimed to be 2 people. Only one showed up claiming assistant cancelled last minute. So I had a choice of not moving or working as assistant. Tasker worked hard and did a good job but if Dolly is selling you 2 bodies then 2 bodies should show up. Could have hired a regular task rabbit for a lot less if I wanted to be a helper to the move. Beware!!

Nice enough guys but the van used to…
Nice enough guys but the van used to bring my laundry center was not tall enough and made unloading extremely difficult (resulting in a couple of scratches.)
Asking for a tip was inappropriate.
