Excellent Service at a reasonable price!
I rang Domus, and informed them I needed a Level 2 Survey on a vacant over 60s retirement property. They arranged with the Estate Agents to pick the keys up. Domus carried out the survey on the property and sent an excellent detailed report back to me. Unfortunately, no fault of Domus, I made a mistake and should have had the Level 3 Survey. So future customers who are not aware, remember if you need estimates to repair the any faullts go for this higher survey.

Just to clarify for future clients, whilst a Level 3 Survey is more detailed and provides deeper analysis of defects and maintenance issues, neither Level 2 nor Level 3 surveys include repair cost estimates as standard, as accurate costing would usually require specialist contractor quotations following further investigation. I recently used Domus for a Level 2 survey on a flat I’m buying and the service was excellent.
They were very quick to arrange the survey with the estate agent, much cheaper than other companies I looked at, and the quality of service was still top notch. I received the report within two days and the surveyor also called me the same day to talk through the findings and highlight what was most important to pay attention to.
Really efficient, great value, and very helpful throughout. I’d definitely recommend Domus.

I have used DOMUS SURVEYING twice, recently. I am very happy with the reports. They were clear, well laid out and very informative. Following the survey I had a call from the surveyor who explained some of the report in 'lay' terms. This was like a back up to the survey which cut across some of what was said in the report from a professional perspective to give me tips on next steps.
