Finger weg. Bei dieser Firma handelt es sich um Betrüger.
Was im Internet schick und edel dargestellt wird, entpuppt sich in Wirklichkeit als Biliger Fake und Imitation schlecht verarbeitet und absolut unbrauchbar! Nach mehreren E-Mails mit der Bitte um Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises ( berechtigte Reklamation)
Wird man großzügig mit 20 % aus Kulanz abgespeist!

Would prefer not to give any stars! Stay well away. Ordered commemorative Liverpool glasses for my son’s 21st birthday. When they eventually arrived, I realised I should have checked out reviews. So the Liverpool stickers were obviously put onto the glasses by someone who had vision problems or a toddler. No offence to either. But yeah a toddler would have done a better job. They were lobsided, peeling and missing bits of the cheap stickers stuck onto cheap glasses.

Contacted them straight away and was informed after about two weeks that as a gesture of goodwill they would offer 20% refund. When I pushed that these glasses were not fit for purpose, I was offered 50% refund or I could return, at my expense, for a full refund.

I did suggest I was going to my bank about fraud but it didn’t get any reaction apart from them resending the same reply about 50% refund.

Chancers and as others have suggested, maybe this is what they are about. They still managed to make €24 out of me as total cost was €48. I’d say between the two glasses and the stickers it probably amounted to about €3, and that’s if they paid the toddlers!

Ordered a halo anniversary glass , looked epic on picture with fancy box. Glass design. Turned up a crappy green glass with a sticker on it. Could've made it myself for a few quid . Do not buy from this site

Awful customer service, order took nearly 6 weeks to arrive and the glass I ordered looked nothing like the one I purchased. Complete rip off, I would never use this company again!

Ordered a liverpool whiskey glass which was described as red and gold when it arrived it was plain glass with stickers on the glass in a tatty little box wouldn't buy from this company again

Absolute disgrace. What I ordered and received were not relevant. Product picture looked great...do not be fooled as I was. Complete rip-off. Offered a 20% refund !!! I had more satisfaction from wishing they all burnt in hell. Complete scum & scam. Why is there no minus option.

Been 3 weeks haven't even received what I ordered absolute scam company which I found on Facebook which is becoming a ad site for blag companies more and more each day do not use doncrate

I’d leave minus stars if I could. I really wish I’d looked on here before being stupid enough to order a ‘Man City anniversary pen’ which looked lovely but was madly expensive. When it arrived all the extra bits which made the advert look so good (they looked like engraving on the advert) were literally bits of paper stuck on with sellotape. Now I see similar ads under different company names so they’ll just continue to change their name and rip people off. Disgraceful.

Absolutely disgusting, paid £40 for 2 x Man Utd Whiskey glasses and what I received was a disgrace. Transfers on glasses and not even full transfers, cut off on left side, emailed for a full refund, offered 20% refund the cheek of it, I saw the advert on Facebook, scam, false advertising, avoid at all costs (to you), fuming…..

Ordered an item from this company it took over a month to arrive, when it did it wasn’t the item that was advertised I got a different colour and it was poor quality. This company is conning people out of money for poor quality items. Why isn’t this company been shut down. Do not buy from this company!!

Again I wished I had read the reviews, I am usually very careful. But the appeal of a football pen seemed a great item for a males birthday present. This was order ed on 22nd Jan after 14 days nothing, so a sent a string of emails. Very poor customer service the pen finally arrived 13th February too late to give as a gift. However when I opened the package there was no way I could gift it, it was cheap and tacky with transfers already falling off. I sent two emails asking to return item and have full refund, to date no response. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY DONT APPEAR TO HOLD STOCK THEN OBVIOUSLY CONTAINER SHIPMENT IN BULK TO THE UK FROM HONGKONG, AVOID HIGH COSTS.

Ordered 2 Arsenal 140th Anniversary Biros. Received a CHEAP looking red Biro with a sticker of arsenal on it. Absolute rubbish!!

The image and description were brilliant, what I received was a blue pen with stickers , I do not recommend

I wish I had read the reviews first. False marketing at its best! Ordered a Liverpool whiskey glass. Should've realised the images were AI. Definitely did not come with the display box it was advertised next to. Sticker had the 'A' missing from anniversary and lopsided. All correspondence from this company was repetitive. AVOID! Could've brought a better glass in Poundland! Only gave the 1 star, otherwise I'd not be able to leave a review. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Shocking! I ordered Aston Villa pens, received cheap biro’s in plastic red!

Habe einen Iron Maiden Jubiläumstift bestellt und einen 50 Cent Kugelschreiber mit Aufkleber und einer billigen Schachtel bekommen. Absolute Frechheit. Einmal und niewieder. 😤

Ordered an arsenal 140th anniversary biro which cost 29.95 received a cheap biro with a sticker of arsenal on it the sticker isn’t even straight would never buy from this company again also very hard to track the item just keeps giving the same information every time you check

I ordered the Leeds United glass a few weeks ago and received it today, it looks nothing like the ad and we knew it wouldn't but we expected it to be better than a sticker on a glass. Lesson learned and tomorrow paypal will be getting a email
