I ordered a leeds united glass for my hubby, they have taken the money more than a week ago and it's still not been shipped. Dont waste your money.

I wish I had read this before I bought from here...lesson learnt. They are tiny bits of plastic and they do not say West Ham or Betway or anything similar. The numbers also go in order....isn't part of the fun finding the door? I have a beautiful gem stone jewellery advent calendar which cost less than this! Do not buy...save your money!

Worst webpage ever.
They sent the advent calendar 11 days after the order, which meant we received the product on 12 December. I wrote 4 times to cancel as it cannot be used in the middle of December, and the late shipping was their fault but they answered always that don’t worry it will come. The product is TOTALLY DIFFERENT as it is on the webpage. It is a small piece of plastic. Ridiculous. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

Scam site. Ordered a calendar, not received anything and tracking number doesn’t exist.

Advertising with fake photos. Items nothing like pictured. Emails not answered avoid

I order 2 Manchester City football stadium snack trays. Was sent 2 Manchester United instead! This company have refused a full refund or replacements. Do not order anything from them

Don’t bother buying the advent calendars. Are tiny small and not worth anything like what they are charging for them. I will not be buying from this company again!

It’s a shame i can’t give these people 0. There’s no customer service. I’ve sent several emails and nothing. Finally received the parcel from Yodel after weeks of waiting and they sent me the wrong Football Team. How incompetent can you be?

Ordered a football club themed advent calendar as a gift for my avid fan son When it arrived it was for a different club, bitter rivals. Not ideal. Wrote to them and they immediately offered 20% refund in settlement which I’m assuming is their standard response. When I originally ordered it, I also hadn’t realised it was a Chinese outfit so I figured 20% was better than nothing which is probably what I’d have gotten otherwise. Still waiting on the 20% but I live in hope.

I ordered 2 Manchester United Advent calendars on October 13 never received an order confirmation but it was charged to my credit card on the day
They now say they never received the order and deny receiving monies
Terrible customer service

I ordered a Liverpool FC advent calendar, as this was something very different. Unfortunately, an Aston Villa FC advent calendar was sent.
When I contacted Doncrate, they said sorry for the inconvenience, we can offer a max. Of 20% refund. I said I had no use fir an AVFC advent ad would return the item ad expected a full refund. They said I was liable for the shipping cost of 20Euros. My invoice said 5.77euros + 1.79 for shipping insurance. They then offered a max. Of 50%. Then they offered a max. Of 70% which was in line with their policy. I said I wouldn't except anything other than 100% refund. I spent just over 40euros so not an insignificant amount. I wouldn't have given a 1 star feedback, except I had to choose. Possibly a company that takes money in the hope that no one bothers with the hassle of returns. Do be aware if purchasing from this company.

What a joke I ordered a Queen glass was told it would take 10 days. I wanted it for a birthday party. Heard nothing was told it had been dispatched still not received anything. Annoyed 😡😡😡😡😡 this company is an absolute joke STAY AWAY.

Don’t use this company. Ordered a football advent calendar 2 weeks ago - no emails to confirm delivery etc and no replies to my email chasing product. Nothing has been delivered and I’m out of pocket £40

I ordered a Chloe Kelly England Women football player Pop Figure on 30th July 2025, in this time. I had also emailed them asking for more info as I had only recieved the confirmation email & nothing else, even then the email was quite rude. I received my "item" on 5th September 2025 and to my shock it wasn't Chloe Kelly at all! It was quite the opposite a Male footballer player which was Cristiano Ronaldo.

But its not even a pop figure its more of statue of a pop figure. Not at all what I ordered. I had also paid for express delivery and it still took two months to arrive. I sent them an email, I was polite and I genuinely thought they would be nice and sorry about the mistake. But No! it was though it wasn't a real person replying at all. Even though I had written my name at the bottom of the email & asking for a full refund & that I don't want a replacement. No understanding at all. They insulted me by offering 20% refund, 50% and then 70% I kept saying No! You sent the wrong item, that's your fault & no acknowledgement of that. I want a 100% refund. But I could see that they wasn't going to budge.. even when I begrudgingly accepted the 70% as it was clear that they wasn't going to go any higher. As I replied to them several times. As I had no reply as quickly as the other emails that had come through.I didn't think I would get anything back & they replied to each of those emails and the first still offering 70% in the early hours. I have now received the refund of £18.78 of the £27.13 that I paid

I purchased a Chloe Kelly POP figure from these charlatans back in July 2025. Today, 5Sep25, I received a resin Portugal male footballer figure. Avoid this joke company.

Do NOT order from this company - they are a joke - ordered a Jeff Lynnes ELO figurine - took ages to come and then was wrong - I received Ozzy Osbourne. Emailed them - they offered a 50% refund!!
I refused - they then kept offering an extra 10% which I was refusing - clearly told them I want the correct item or a full refund. They have issued a 90% refund and have refused any more........cowboys and rip off

I ordered 2 x Crystal Palace Community Shield commemorative ducks. 2 weeks later I received a Lando Norris and Ozzy Osbourne mini ducks which are totally worthless. Numerous emails followed and it soon became apparent that they could not supply the correct items and they had received my Money by deception. I was initially offered 20% compensation as a refund. After many emails, the refund offer rose from 20 % to 50% then 70%, 80% and finally 90%. The company were not interested in receiving the goods back and even suggested I pass them on to a good cause, utterly embarrassing. Having got bored with the hassle I settled for 90% which has now been refunded.

Like a previous review below. I too ordered the Diogo Jota Pop doll for my daughter who collects them and is a Liverpool fan and thought this would be a brilliant gift to her. After completing my order , I showed her what I'd ordered and she was delighted. However what ended up coming was a Ronaldo figure in a box that was crushed and unprotected in an envelope. I emailed back a few times to try and get the correct item sent to me that I'd received the wrong one and eventually was told the Jota figure was out of stock. Don't believe it was ever in stock in the first place. They offered me 20% refund which is a disgrace for their complete mess up as I first thought. Then it went to 30% after I refused their first offer. Then to 50% , then 70% , then 80%. I told them I wanted a full refund that this was not my error. Total crap they came back with, that because of the condition of the Ronaldo figure they couldn't give me a full refund. Anyway. I ended up accepting it. But DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF THEIR ITEMS. TOTAL TOTAL TOTAL SCAM COMPANY PEOPLE. DO NOT USE THEM.

Total scamming company who will send faulty goods, incorrect replacements. Refuse to give full refunds quoting their policy. Refuse to send details of that policy or where it’s mentioned on their website.
