Once again a great product! Detail is amazing! I don't like the eye balls not being round though. They are harder to position. And a little concerned about the dimples that occurs on the skin. What can I do for that? But it's an amazing product!

I have been trying to get some more info via customer service regarding shipping and customs costs for a doll, but the answer has been very slow, been waiting for over a month, including several requests for information and one single answer from the page saying they are gathering the info, but still no definitive answer, hope to hear from them soon

Done With Women is a reputable reseller. Unfortunately the Piper brand is having QA issues. Avoid implanted hair on Piper dolls if you want to have a usable product.

Thankfully my doll (Phoebe elf TPE, 4'3"), arrived in perfect condition. She's even more stunning in person than the posted photos of this Piper model. Her face is a perfect 10, and her body proportions are extremely realistic and alluring. Overall, I'm entirely satisfied with my purchase through 'Done With Women', who were always quick to respond to my enquiries during the delivery process.

This is a great company. I knew very little about sex dolls, and I had very poor experiences trying to get help from a few sites. I either didn’t get a respond, or they weren’t thorough with their response. When I found this site, they were answered all of my questions, and they helped me find what I was looking for. I ended up choosing the WM doll 166 cm C cup doll. Felt realistic, and I get to ride in the carpool lane hahaha. Now I am looking at either the Piper Jenna or Starpery Sarah. I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical on my first one, but all that went away when the team there engaged started to engage me and helped ease my mind.
I truthfully have never had such great customer service even from face to face service.
I know I’m not supposed to use names but Joe and Mike deserve more than to be referred to anonymously, they were key in my decision to purchase a second time. They treated me like a real person so I think it’s only fair I do the same.

The only thing I can suggest is to take another look the shipping company. There were a few changes in the delivery schedule, nothing that’s really negative or unreasonable given the state of current situation but, if you’re paying for expedited service you may not be getting quite what you paid for. I’m not sure if it’s required or not but both deliveries did not require my signature which surprised me as this is a expensive investment, on both our ends.

I bought with hesitation from this store... but I ended up doing it anyway. My doll came in perfect with everything exactly as I ordered. Prices are good it's easy to shop. Best part was the service, they made it clear what I was getting, and I got the best advice / service. In the past I bought direct and from other retailers and both were a disaster. This place really cares about taking care of you. They are now my preferred place to buy.
