Great service and user experience just need extra information

The process of purchasing products was very easy and quick, the consolidación is a great way to gather all your products i'm one package and save some shipping money. The protection of products was very nice all arrive at excelent conditions.
Only i Will suggest that in the track add extra information of what local delivery service was use for the package and the contact information because the contact information of the Japan delivery service is easy to find but when the package arrive at destination country I had to create a ticket to know the contact info of My local delivery service

DOORZO STEALS! THEY DONT RETURN OUTBIDDED AMOUNT & UNHELPFULL CUSTOMER SUPPORT

NO ACTUAL VERIFICATION, JUST A SCREENSHOT OF THE TRANSACTION ON MY END, BUT NOTHING INDICATES ACTUAL REFUND/RELEASE OF AMOUNT PAYED FOR A BID. I placed a bid for a drone component, that got outbidded the day after; upon repeated attempts to get the refund, they keep insisting that they have already released the amount, however it has already been almost a month, but I still haven't received the amount. I already raised the issue to my bank and the preauthorization was already lifted, and yet NO RETURN OF THE OUTBIDDED AMOUNT IS REFLECTING STILL. DOORZO IS A THIEF. DONT EVEN TRY TO INSTALL IT,

I brought something and then later on…

I brought something and then later on was told I have to pay TRIPLE for shipping I was never told I had to pay extra for shipping and now they aren’t cancelling my order and is charging me money for it being in warehouse

Excellent services

Excellent services. All of it including items inspection photos, bubble wrapping every items and bubble wrapping packaging box. Would buy it again from there. But make sure to check the seller first as Doorzo is just a middle man between you and the seller.

Deceptive practices

2 out of 5, at least I got my stuff in so it wasn't a scam.
9 potential issues listed below!

1) Lack of Surface Shipping with Paypal:
For some reason lets you pay for all items with Paypal and you can pay Air Parcel with Paypal, but doesn't let you use Paypal for Surface shipping.
There is no news indication on the website via jp post FAQ or on their notice on their website, that says Paypal restricts payment for Surface other then the red checkout error.
I asked customer service they claimed "As our system is currently undergoing an upgrade, if you would like to use sea freight, we recommend choosing another shipping method. "
When asked for an ETA on when it will be done and where I can find information on the upgrade they said "Please note that no official announcement has been issued regarding this matter. In addition, if you would like to use sea shipping, we kindly ask that you proceed with an alternative payment method first. " and "Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated completion date. We recommend using another payment method if you would like to choose sea freight."

They say something is happening, with no official indication that it is happening/being worked on or estimate that it will be done. Seems like deflection while asking for different payment method or shipping method, and not directly address the reason why it is happening. I have all chat logs available.

I then asked them again on n entirely different order:
"Is there a reason why sea shipping does not support certain payment methods? Is that on doorzos end? shipping companies? paypals? or japan post?" and they replied "1. Our payment system is currently being optimized, so PayPal may not be available at the moment. If this option is temporarily unavailable, please use another payment method." With "please use another payment method." being in bold.

Again deflection and not addressing the reason why, bold lettering as if I can't read their message but they can't read mine. Insulting.

2) Shipping costs and Weight Reduction
Asked why "Why didn't my consolidation package for all my items (10) didn't get re-weighted before shipping? I choose Remove/Replace Seller's Original Shipping Box" they claimed it "It has been reweighed, and the weight has changed from 1266 g to 1600 g."

Yes, somehow my package gained weight, and when the box arrived, as I suspected they did not remove the senders original packaging.
So I assume they are doing deceptive practices to charge extra on shipping, and/or cutting corners of actually providing this service, while claiming they do provide this benefit via doorzodotcom/en/activity/5696 (sorry no links allowed in reviews).

3) Rude customer service or being unhelpful to all matters.

4) Paid reviews via goes against Trustpilot terms of service.
"By submitting this review, you confirm it’s based on a genuine experience and you haven’t received an incentive to write it."
However most reviews will be positive as they/the customers ARE receiving an incentive to write it.
Source: doorzodotcom/en/activity/5590 or by receiving Doorzo points to discount their future purchases, essentially buying reviews.

TL;DR:
Mostly upset about not being transparent about the surface shipping being unavailable through Paypal.
Would I use again? Possibly, when they claim to fix their system which they are not doing:

5) Lack of system update:
On further investigation on discord from 2025-11-12 "Q: I can't pay using PayPal
A: If you are unable to select PayPal, it may be due to the following reasons:
PayPal is not available for sea shipping (surface mail). If you would like to pay with PayPal, please choose a different shipping method that is compatible with this payment option.,
Our system is currently undergoing an upgrade for all payment methods. The processing time is not yet determined, so we kindly ask for your patience while this is resolved.,
If a certain payment method is temporarily unavailable, please use an alternative option. Thank you for your understanding and patience."

So its a known issue but are not working on it/still restricted and had to go to a 3rd party to find information/ask customer service since it's not on their official websites notice or payment information.

More issues with doorzo minor for me, might be big for those reading reviews:

6) Unable to remove wish list items sometimes, bugged even if you try or if buyers remove their listings. I just stopped using it and just use my browsers bookmark feature.

7) Slow consolidation and sending out the package (at least they are transparent with the times).

8) Sometimes clicking a listings is unavailable (Surugaya's).

9) Repeating listings if you do not click on the stores/sites on the left toolbar.

This is all valuable feedback and potential fixes to be done.

The weight shown at the consolidation stage is an **estimated weight**, not the final shipping weight.

Weight changes may occur due to the following reasons:

* **Possible weight increase**:

1. Retaining the seller’s original box
2. Selecting additional reinforcement services

If packaging is not removed or if protective materials are added, the total weight after consolidation may increase. Please note that all parcels are reweighed prior to shipment, and international shipping fees are adjusted accordingly (any overpayment will be refunded, and any shortfall will be charged). We are unable to guarantee that consolidation will always result in a weight reduction.
