Originally i'm supposed to be reviewing for next week however since my salary was given 1 day earlier than the expected day Which supposed to be on the last day of March and after so, i was able to pay for my package's shipment same day as my salary was given and package arrived to me just in 2 days later, always a smooth transaction with DHL delivering so Thank you for the delivery.

Great proxy. The website is easy to navigate and they constantly offer plenty of coupons. Costumer service is quick and efficient and were very helpful when I had an issue with a seller. From all the proxies I’ve used Rakufun is by far one of the best ones. Would definitely recommend.

Rakufun makes it easy to find things you usually can’t find outside Japan, and the sellers on there are very kind and Rakufun has many coupons!! Would recommend to kpop, anime, or people who simply love Japan!

Rakafun is the best app i've used for buying all kind of japanese merchandise. there's a plethora of sites one can choose where to purchase their desired gadgets from, and prices are resonable too. if not one could bargain, use coupons, and apply discount points. it's such a fun, and user-friendly proxy! Rakufun team is very nice well, from the creative staff on sns, to costumer service that imo is the most efficient and reassuring i've ever experienced so far on any app. superb!

as someone who tried both the web version and the app, i’d say that the UI are both very easy to navigate. customer service is also very responsive, and i’ve been getting parcels delivered to me monthly, which are always smooth sailing. rakufun helped me get items i want to buy a lot easier with their image search function.

Love it! They give so many coupons and their team is really kind! Im in their whatsapp group and they maintain a community there really well, they are always here to help!

It's intuitive and I appreciate that. Maybe it would be neccesary a short tutorial to start on the app.

I've been using it for like a month now, and the interface is easy to look at. I only ordered one item right now, and Rakufun manages to ship it quickly. Very impressed.
