I purchased a used smart or two car via the website.
I dealt with Ben and he was really great. I caught the train to Dorchester station and Ben kindly picked me up to take me to the Dealership. I love my car and the whole experience was fantastic, I would 100% tell you its was brilliant from start to finish, top marks from me.

Bought my car there few months ago. I went there recently to replace the key battery. Left with two key batteries changed, a spare battery in my pocket, a brand new back wiper, all done within 15 min, all free of charge. Great service. Would recommend to anyone.

I went to view one car, then saw another that I liked and possible 3rd one. Ben was informative and patient, whilst I made up my mind.

After spending a whole weekend trawling the Internet for a car, sometimes in the middle of the night, I came across this company. I saw a couple of cars that interested me so gave them a ring at a reasonable hour and made arrangements to go and have a look. Being a single mature disabled lady, I was quite nervous to be honest with the whole car buying experience, but I couldn't have been more wrong. From the moment I pulled up onto their forecourt, and was met by Paul, I felt comfortable and in safe hands. There was no pressure selling, a lot of advice, great testdrive, and yes I did buy a car from them. The whole process was easy and seamless, and both Paul and Ben looked after me through the process. The car is beautiful, I am so very happy with the experience and the flowers and the fluffy keyring (lol) were an unexpected pleasure. You really can't go wrong by using this company.

We turned up to view a couple of cars after reading the reviews. Tait and his “ grandad “ were very helpful and friendly. We test drove a car, no time limits “ bring it back when your ready” We bought the car there and then. It was serviced, cleaned, waxed and the Mot was done. On collecting there was a bouquet of flowers in the boot. Fantastic service, quick, clean and efficient. The warranty is brilliant. Could not ask for anything more. I definitely recommend this family business for used and new cars.

I have just had my electric scooter (50cc) delivered by Colin from the Dorchester Collection dealership. It has been the perfect experience. From my first call, Ben and the team have been brilliant. Full of advice and guidance, honest and highly professional. No hard sales, just patience and great service. Loads of helpful advice with clear and very competitive pricing. I travelled a 100 miles (round trip) and it was well worth it and will definitely do it again. Great service, cannot recommend highly enough!
