Really disappointed with Moonis and Team. They started working with us on a small STR portfolio.

After some weeks, it became clear that their experience in the sector we operated in, was not as advanced as we had hoped.

Silly mistakes were made like having a calender reduced to €15 a day, not communicating with guests and not knowing how to resolve simple issue especially if they were any way out side the box.

However what was worse of all, was how they stopped working with us. Basically they just stopped over night. We hired them through Upwork and upwork automatically closed the contract as they hadn't confirmed details to upwork.

I understand if it was time to part ways but this last part was very unprofessional.

If you have one STR or if you have many but they all are exactly the same i.e. hotel rooms, this firm might work, but anything else, I would avoid.

They never returned our messages or came back to us about closing things up properly.

DosBnB has been my STR management company for almost a year and they have been excellent. For my STR, I have alpt of waivers, security deposits, amenities, hoa registration, etc. They have done a great job managing all the little details that make the guest experience elite.

DOS is a great business partner. We used them for our short term rental management support, and for outsourced bookkeeping, and both services were excellent. Moonis and his team are professional, responsible, and reliable business partners, and we recommend them highly.

The team works effectively and efficiently ensuring that Customer emails are responded to within a 24 hour period, work in strict adherence to the business S.O.P's, great quality management process of the response output by each Agent, providing suitable solutions which benefits both the business and the Customer and consistently issuing business updates on the level of progress which is perfect for those owners looking to become hands off.
