Ordered last Monday with 48hr shipping and my parcel never arrived. Have attempted to contact them multiple times but the communication is terrible. Was told I’d get an update 2 days ago but still had nothing! Iv now claimed the money back from the bank and going to order from somewhere else instead

Ordered 3 weeks ago with 48 hour fast shipping ( needed them prior to going on holiday and ordered with plenty of time )

I haven’t received my order and no updates on shipping . I have emailed numerous times with not a single response .

I want my product or my money back !!!

Customer service is awful. Received incorrect products took over 3 weeks for them to say that they would send the correct product out, now just over a month later still haven’t received what I originally ordered. Messaged first 10.9.24 now the 12.10.24

Ordered around 5 items from this company, it has been two weeks & I still haven't received my order or received any sort of shipping updates. I have tried to contact them numerous times & have had no response so ive just wasted my money. Avoid at all costs.

I absolutely love these lashes by far the best!
I also had an issue with delivery because of a mistake I made when placing the order & they were so helpful and sorted it for me straight away! Definitely recommend 🩷

Been purchasing lashes from this company for over a year now, would highly recommend, get the salon lash extension look without the price tag, my favourite are Deja vu, they are so full and fluffy easy to apply and can reuse them multiple times they last absolutely ages, super fast delivery aswell, I would never buy my lashes from anywhere else now after trying these absolutely amazing 💖 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered Tuesday evening, should have been dispatched Wednesday. Waited till Thursday to contact to check it will be sent out.
Not replying to emails nor has my order been shipped out.
I ordered Tuesday expecting it to be delivered already for an event on the weekend.
Not replying to emails to cancel order as having to purchase from elsewhere.
I usually order from here for blenders and lashes but not anymore.
Customer service is non existent but can still post on social media.

Absolutely disgusting Customer Service! I purchased 4 sets of lashes which had to be returned as they were too full for me. They were returned a month ago via 1st class Recorded Delivery. I have confirmation that they were received. I have been asking for my replacements ever since. I have sent numerous emails and have been totally ignored. I will never buy from this company again as technically they are thieves!

I have placed an order for 2 eyelash glue sticks and only received one.

Unfortunately have thrown away the receipt that came in an envelope with one stick of lash glue.

Have contacted the customer service with my order details, but have not been offered a refund or a lash glue that I paid for.

Perhaps this company loves charity.

I wear styles Baddie and Sponsored and they look exactly like semi-perminent eyelash extensions but without the price tag! I always receive compliments on my lashes and I love that they’re reusable again and again and again, I get so much wear out of one set. Run don’t walk if you haven’t tried these lashes yet!

I’ve been using Dose of Lashes for the past 4 years now and I’ve never experienced a problem with them! Always top quality products and customer service - I would honestly never go anywhere else

The best lash company you will ever come across. The owners treat you like a friend not just a customer. The lashes are so luxury, you are getting high end lashes for so cheap, the best ever. Would never use anyone else, couldn’t recommend a brand more, THE BEST THE BEST THE BEST!

My entire process of ordering with Dose of Lashes has been incredible. First of all my package came in 2 days which is just amazing specially because nowadays it takes at least 5 days to receive parcels with normal delivery. Ontop of that, the lashes I ordered are incredible. The packaging is stunning and I keep my lashes in the packages because it adds a beautiful aesthetic to my set up. The lashes itself are so mink and soft. They are so light on the eyes and the band is so easy to control. I also got the beauty blenders which I’m obsessed with. I like a beauty blender that can grab the product and soak it onto the skin instead of sucking the product up itself and that’s exactly what their beauty blenders do. They’re soft and so well crafted. Lastly their lash glue is amazing. It gets clear once applied on lashes and lasts for so long and doesn’t have a crazy scent or anything. So grateful for the amazing service.

The customer service is non-existent. I placed an order to the incorrect address accidentally and immediately tried to contact them about it to change the address. They just don’t answer their emails and they are clearly a small company probably just being run by some girl who doesn’t know what she’s doing. They are refusing to help me now and I am going to have to file a claim with my bank as I have done everything in my power to try and remedy this situation but they refuse to work with their customers.

Just want to say thank you to Dose of Lashes for my fabulous Semi-Permanent lashes!! The service from this company is outstanding!!! I got my lashes next day and even had a personalised card inside- lovely touch. Best customer service I haven’t received in a while and in love with my lashes, will definitely be a returning customer. THANKYOU x

Beautiful lashes, wonderful company and speedy delivery. I’m so impressed with Dose of Lashes, they’re my go-to! The DIY lash clusters are so easy to apply and look amazing on, lasting for a whole week, saving me so much money but looking so good in the process. Couldn’t recommend more!

If I’m going out out then it’s ‘Drip’ which are so light weight for such a full fluffy style!
