As so many other reviews say, this company is pretty poor, I wish I had checked the reviews first before ordering. One of my items arrived damaged and dirty obviously old stock that has been hanging around for years. Not the sort of thing you would keep for yourself never mind give as a gift. I emailed the same day that it arrived, they informed me I would have to cover the return postage. I replied that no I am not paying to return a damaged item that has clearly been sent out that way. Then they asked for photos, not a problem. No refund given, think I am going to have to go through my bank. I would advise AVOID!!

i was abit unsure about buying from here as i had seen a few negative reviews saying they had issues with their item(s) and trying to get a hold of customer service was a nightmare. beauty scent was the cheapest around for what i wanted so i took the punt, lol. it’s just arrived today and didn’t take long to get here either. all seems good and legit and the perfume smells strong and how it usually does! obviously, i’m not speaking for everyone and people who have had issues with their order unfortunately must have just been unlucky. definitely a legit site and does send u the real deal but if customer service is an issue with them then unfortunately, it’s just a chance u have to take with purchasing. all good my end, may not risk another purchase tho 😂 thank you for reading!

The perfume I ordered is definitely watered down or not genuine. Having previously owned the genuine versions, that i couldn't wash off clothes. This smell gone in an hour .

I purchased Embryolisse BB Cream. The reason for the reduced price became obvious when I checked the production code online. It said that it was made 4 years and 8 months ago. That's far to old for any beauty product and I would not even risk trying it on my skin. In the bin it goes.

Been emailing them for almost a week now to get my CONFIRMED order (BS119033S) to actually get dispatched and shipped and have had NO response and no explanation as to why this is even happening.
I've basically just accepted this is another brilliant scam website who definitely pays for reviews and that i wont be getting my perfumes and im so so gutted.
Hope this saves someone the stress its caused me :(
