AVOID AT ALL COSTS...Been trying to get a refund since December for damaged goods. Emailed 20 times. Phoned customer service...got nowhere. Sick to death trying to get refund. THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF RESOLVING THIS AND HOPE THAT CUSTOMERS EVENTUALLY GIVE UP..! BUT I WILL NOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH RIPPING ME OFF...!

Avoid!!!
Would rate nil if I could. I wish I’d seen the sheer amount of poor reviews before ordering with them! They sent the wrong product and for weeks have just been dodging giving me an answer. I’m just being sent around in circles. I’m considering going to trading standards, I would encourage others to do the same. Based on a lot of the allegations in the reviews re false advertising / expired products / failure to give refunds, clearly the company need to be looked in to.

Shocking customer service, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
Would give zero stars if I could, shocking customer service. I ordered perfumes on 16.02.2026 and the courier lost the package when delivering. I have reached out multiple times both via telephone and emails, all you do is get fobbed off.
The call centre is based in South Africa and they can never manage to get the manager (lady named Victoria) based in the UK to initiate a refund.
I am now having to reclaim my money through my bank.
Only interested in taking money off you, avoid at all cost.

Terrible customer service
The item I ordered did not arrive, only an empty package was received. After half a dozen emails and in spite sending photos of what I received the matter has not been resolved. Neither Royal Mail or the seller is accepting responsibility The perfume was not cheap it cost £ 99.95 + postage.

Item arrived broken
Item arrived broken. Three times I've raised a compliant ticket to get rectified, three times I've submitted evidence to prove broken. Three times they've told they'll investigate and then closed the ticket.
