Hice la compra el 16 de julio y todavía estoy esperando que llegue.
Más de tres meses y no se sabe dónde está el producto!

Son una porquería, pague 42 dolares por un reloj especifico y recibí un reloj que no vale ni 3 dolares en el tianguis, después de 10 correos que envié, respondieron con la escusa de que hay una pequeña diferencia entre sus publicaciones y los productos reales, solicite el reembolso y no me ofrecen ni la mitad de lo que pague, me queje rotundamente y su ultima respuesta fue que les regresara el producto y cuando lo reciban me harán el reembolso completo, cuando el envío me saldrá más de lo que pague por el artículo.
Hay algún lugar donde los pueda reportar o alguien más que me pueda ayudar?

I ordered a smart hybrid mechanical watch that looked very promising in the add. I recieved something after 4 weeks that doesn't even come close to the add..A bad quality mechanical watch that runs on battery. This store is a scam caution!!!!

Me ofrecieron para compra un reloj de mayor calidad y me llega uno totalme te diferente y de muy baja calidad, no tienen nada de las funciones que había pagado.

Escri o varios correo y nunca contestaron. Son unos estafadores en potencia lo más tenaz es que Facebook permita que esto a pones pu licitan en la red social.

I reported this company to both Facebook(where they advertise) and Paypal. In the meanwhile they have changed their store's name to reddot and are back in business ripping people off.

Ordered an underwater submarine received a totally different product no where near the quality of what was advertised. Contacted the seller 3 times, no reply. I thankfully paid with paypal and have submitted a claim.

I placed an order for a smartwatch last week. I still haven't received any shipping information, I have sent multiple e-mails. I actually got a kickback on an email this morning, saying that the email is not a real e-mail address -_-. Does anyone know how to cancel the order, or how to get in-touch with them to get a refund???

If anyone has a return address please post it. I got scammed from them also. I ordered 3 wigs from them. They're advertisement is false because they did not send me what I ordered. I paid extra for rush shipment just for the items to return 18 days not rush and look like I could have purchase them at a costume shop. I contacted my bank to try to get my money back but they stated it must be returned first. I don't have the address. I think it was shipped from PA or NJ but I'm not for certain. It's sad that you we put trust in this company just to get SCAMMED!!!

This is a company that is absolutely fake, don't trust them, they only want your money! They send fake products, products that I didn't order.

I ordered for an A3 radiance smart watch and till now i am yet to get the package i paid for. I sent a mail to them twice and yet no reply. I requested to have the tracking code but none was sent. This makes it so hard for anyone to trust these online stores. I tried logging in only to discover that my account has been deleted. Its painful. Something should be done about this as this will connote fraud for other markets that intend to do good business. I am not happy about this at all. Its total scam. if only i saw this before i ordered.

As all the others stated I can attest it is definitely a scam. You will not receive what you order and they will not respond if you try to contact them. This is getting ridiculous these days. Can't trust anybody and nobody can seem to do anything about it. If you ask me these people should be sued and everyone should get their money back.

SCAM!! Avoid it! Ordered KW98 smartwatch, received cheap Y1 chinese watch without any of advertised functions. How it comes that Paypal and Shopify doesn't do anything to close these scam pages and let them steal from people??!! Can't understand that!! Started case in paypal to receive refund, now I have to send cheap item to china, to receive a refund. These scamers doesn't reply to emails or paypal, so they won't tell Paypal that I send them item, I will never receive my money back!! It's a perfect SCAM!!

I ordered a sportswatch and was sent a (I think cheap) smartwatch instead. I even paid extra for a different watch band. They never reply not even to Paypal. I was offered protection by Paypal but I have to send the product back and incur shipping costs in return. Watch they sent does not even include English Language instructions. The tracking reference that they sent did not bear any results
