Took some time, but I finally got a refund for an order.I did not make
Update: they finally did give me a refund
they put an order in I did not make and won't give a refund and it never came. I made an order about 6 months ago but I did not make this order they charged my card. And guess what it never came. They also said they don't do refunds. Calling my bank today

Amazing customer service!!
I didn't receive my order even though I got a notification saying it was delivered. I contacted customer support to let them know and Megan was amazing. She instantly put in another order for me and I received it quickly. I really loved how fast Megan got back to me after receiving my email. Excellent customer service!!

Exceptional customer service experience
I placed an order and mistakenly used the wrong shipping address. I immediately sent an email to NexBreath to try to get it corrected bit I really thought it might be a lost cause as it seems to be with so many internet based companies you order from. Well, it wasn’t. Megan from NexBreath sent me an email the next day informing me that the address had been corrected. I was pleasantly surprised so I recommend this company if you need one of these life saving devices!

Although this order seem to take a long time to arrive I am very pleased with the arrival of something that can not only assist in saving my life but a family member's life or a stranger's life as well I think every household needs to have one of these in their house in their car every restaurant should have them available for employees to use on any customer that could be joking. It looks really simple to put together and use especially when you're panicking at a situation. I highly recommend buy one getting one free and share this with everybody you know that especially has children in the home or an elderly person

I purchased Nex Breath for my great…
I purchased Nex Breath for my great grandson who suffered an AVM rupture (brain bleed) and stroke on left side of body, leaving him unable to walk without a walker at the least. Still a long road ahead. He has some trouble swallowing and hasn't moved beyond soft foods at this time. I bought Nex Breath on a BYGO sale. One to keep in the kitchen one to take each time they leave the house for doctor appointments etc. It gives my everyone peace of mind if he should begin choking and a fast knowledgeable way to help. I had an issue with an extra device on my invoice. I emailed customer service and they had it resolved in 10 minutes with a followup email. A credit to my account was made within 15 minutes of the time I sent my email. That is GREAT customer service.
