Disgusting, dirty and damaged product/terrible Customer Service
I ordered two of these,one for myself and one for my daughter,and both arrived completely smashed inside a thin plastic shipping bag.
As soon as I opened the outer package, I was overwhelmed by an extremely strong, foul odor. The individual bags containing the face masks smelled as though they had been contaminated with urine. Needless to say, the condition of the products was both unacceptable and concerning from a hygiene standpoint.
I contacted customer service, provided photographs, and clearly explained that the products had not been used. Despite this, they refused to issue any type of refund and repeatedly referenced a policy stating that opened or used products cannot be returned.
These items arrived damaged, dirty, and unusable. The product quality, packaging, and customer service were all completely unacceptable. I would give this company zero out of ten and strongly recommend purchasing elsewhere.

Genuinely a fantastic company
Genuinely a fantastic company with EXCELLENT customer service! I had some confusion with my order and they helped immediately. They are friendly and quick to respond. The product its self is very easy to use. It fits great in a diaper bag or purse and easy to always have on hand. I have a baby learning to eat food and it makes me feel better to have the kit if something goes sideways with her chewing and choking.

I have to admit that I haven't used NexBreath yet, and I actually hope I won't have to.
Nevertheless, I ordered it. After some time had passed and the package still hadn't arrived, I checked my order details and, to my horror, realized that I had made an important mistake in my shipping address.
From that moment on, I was in contact with the NexBreath support team, and they were exceptionally reliable and friendly throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most was that as soon as I reported the problem, there were no lengthy explanations or endless back-and-forth emails. Instead, I received one simple reply: "Don't worry, we'll send it again to the correct address."
In the end, I received my package without any issues.
I wish more customer support teams worked this way.
