I ordered the Nexbreath after seeing the ad on instagram but on arrival after a few weeks after ordering and seeing the packaging and then doing a bit of research I realised these are not UK approved or have any quality UK kite marks so very concerned as to the quality of the product and if in fact it’s safe to use. I emailed the company to request a refund(although checking their website it says no refunds which goes against distance selling regulations) I was offered 30% refund which I refused and am referred the company to trading standards. It looks more like a drop shipping company with products most likely manufactured in China. They offered me no reassurance as to the product safety or any quality checks. It felt like it would actually push rather than pull and I could not see a safety valve. Checking the Govt website there are concerns for counterfeit devises and I think this may be one of them. please reply and prove me wrong that your product has been rigorously tested and quality approved by health authorities.

Scam and terrible customer service. Paid for order in March and still waiting at the end of May for it to arrive. Nobody responds when I reach out for help. They are scamming thieves.

SCAM.. Waiting 3 weeks for my device and NOTHING.. I am disputing this. DONT BUY, total SCAM.

Not fit for purpose. No seal on ‘concertina’ part of device, so impossible to create a vacuum to suck obstructions. Can’t believe I fell for this SCAM! Have asked for full refund, quoting distance buyer protection UK rights & item not fit for purpose. No response to date. Plan to hound them into giving me a refund! Do not touch!! Ineffective devices will give false hope, in the case of an emergency. Shipped from China. Absolute pile of rubbish! AVOID!!!!!!!

The 2 mask that are included are too small for a normal size adult male. The SELLER should offer 3 sizes of mask, that way it can handle an adult male properly too. The mask being too small makes the Nexbreath a FAIL when using it because it cannot properly seal on one's face. Just imagine if it was an emergency, and then to have the unit fail to seal. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this product! Too expensive for NOT HAVING a COMPLETE SET of 3 different sized mask to fit a full range of possible users. TOO EXPENSIVE FOR AN INCOMPLETE SET OF MASK.

I ordered four of these through an ad on Instagram that linked to this website. I paid for the order up front and they sent me a tracking number. Tracking number still shows items waiting to ship 13 days later. I sent emails inquiring where my order was, and when will it arrive, considering them promising delivery of products in 7 to 10 days from placing the order. All they do is respond with an email to add additional same product to my existing order. No explanation or reason for the non shipment of the order, just an attempt to rob you of more money. This is fraud and I hope they get what they deserve.

Without proper updates on the tracking number page, the product did finally arrive four days after it was promised. All in all, they need to do better or be clear and upfront about delayed shipping issues.

It's been 15 days and I still don't have my order. Seems I could choke to death before it gets here. I wish I would have seen all these reviews before I ordered.

Scam. Can’t amend basket and very difficult to find any contact details. Sent them an email through a link they posted which came back undelivered with email address not found

Absolutely terrible experience, contacted them immediately as it had an old address on the account was assured that it would be sent to the address I gave them only to find it was sent to the old address.
Rubbish company rubbish service customer service virtually non existent

Order format constantly to upgrade your order, and added an extra unit to my order. This was not posted on the order form until after I confirmed my order. Sneaky move, now getting to order is more complicated. Tracking status is terrible to follow, currently paused until further notice, awful service. Big Mistake PLEASE find another choice and avoid that rip off company scam.

Do not trust or do business with these people. I order the rescue device for choking from an ad on Facebook and it was buy one get one and First off I msgsd them two separate ways trying to cancel my order and they waited til it shipped to respond and now they lost my package, saying it was delivered it wasn't and I've been waiting for days now to just get a simple response. I'm stilling waiting for them to refund me cause it clearly never even came which idk if they even will but just don't trust them. Get the devices off Amazon. Their customer service is horrible and they prob lied about even sending the package. Looks like a scam company !!
