It’s a scam no customer service
It’s a scam. I ordered 2 items, but on the last page I accidentally clicked an add-on offer and ended up being charged for 2 extra items. I contacted customer service multiple times to correct the order, but never received a response.
When the products finally arrived, they didn’t work as advertised. Between the lack of customer support and the poor product quality, this was a very disappointing experience.
I will never order from this company again. Just because you see something promoted on social media doesn’t mean it’s trustworthy—this was a life lesson for me.

Poor quality, no response from NexBreath. DO NOT BUY!
I ordered two anti-choking suction devices from NexBreath ($39.99). When I received them, I tried to use one, just to see how it worked. The fit over the mouth and nose was a little strange, but the real problem was that after trying a few times, using minimal force since I obviously wasn't actually choking, the device broke (the plastic accordion piece separated from it's base, revealing how cheaply it was made. I have emailed the company three times, but have received no response at all.
UPDATE: Nex-Breath has reimbursed the $39.99 I spent. Thanks!

Responsive customer service
There was a glitch with processing and my order was doubled. I emailed customer service and they refunded my card immediately.
Device seems well made and creates a solid seal with my face even with my beard. Hopefully never have to use but good to have peace of mind especially with two young boys. Thanks Nex Breath!

Scam - no product - possible credit compromise
Scam, made order didn't hear anything. I finally sent an email, then they said shipment was made. Shipping data made absolutely no sense. Still no product. Possibly coming from overseas / China.
About a week or 2 later my Credit Card had numerous unauthorized charges attempted on it.
Stay away from this company. Nothing but wasted money so far.

Don’t buy
This company advertises all over social media. What you get is a sub standard, dangerous product. Don’t be like me. Do your homework. This appears to be a cheap Chinese knockoff. There are now warnings on the UK Gov website.
For a piece of equipment which could save lives, this is appalling. It has no suction and seems to be missing the valve which stops air being forced back down the choking persons throat. Upon contacting so-called customer service, I received a two sentence response from Megan saying no refunds. Not only a scam but a huge danger to life.

Absolute garbage! No suction - certainly would never pull food or an object out of someone's throat. Someone should hold them responsible when this garbage fails.
Furthermore, when I told them that both of their devices did not work and I wanted to return them - they refused to allow the return! DO NOT BUY!!!
