Poor quality fabric, not at all like the picture. Returned item to China address & eventually it got returned to me. Poor quality, poor communication. Simply a scam from China pretending to operate from Australia. Don't waste your money!!

Fake company scamming people. Beware as they will not let you return anything and then lie to credit card companies when you try to reverse the charge.

NEVER BUY FROM THEM, it is a scam, very poor quality for what you are paying for. They sound very legit with prompt and professional communication until they get your money. Once they do they never respond. DO NOT EVER RETURN because you will be wasting more money on postage, they will not claim parcel.
I should have got the hint to not return because they care about the environment, I took the risk and lost even more money!!!

I well never ever buy from double bay boutique on line you can trust them for any fault or returning i send the 2 dresses back cost me $37 dollars until know i didn't get refunded they are liers

This company is fake, it's in China and I purchased 3 pairs of 'Luxe' boots that were highly toxic and of zero quality. After communication I chose to return the toxic rubbish back to China to get a refund as I didn't want such pollution in my country. They NEVER refunded me a cent. DO NOT believe ANYTHING they claim!

I bought boots which did not fit my feet and the sizing is incorrect. The quality of the boots were disgusting, so badly made . Emailed them to change my boots and they sent me a $25.00 invoice for me to send them back. I have sent emails for more information and no one writes back. One Big scam!

This company is a scam. Item not correct, I paid $25 to return to China not Australia like advertised and they did not collect item so it was returned to sender. Extremely dishonest people sending me emails saying we will refund soon. We should not buy from these overseas misleading companies because they don’t care that they rip off decent hard working people. My lesson learnt is never buy from anywhere but Australia.

Totally disgusted in this so called company, how on earth you have been allowed to trade in Australia

I purchased a dress early April on completion of sale was tricked into purchasing two dresses exactly the same, received dresses that were so so thin you can see through them, size no where near correct sizing. I did email and company said said back for refund at my cost, well guess what was rejected once finally arrived in China, I received package back today. So $150 down the drain!!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL…..

The products are low quality material, items not at all as described or pictured on the website and not worth the value charged. Sizing of items are not accurate. The website/s tries to pass off as Australian clothing store/s with quality items but are actually based in China & are sweatshop rubbish. They trade under multiple stores and websites e.g. Klarisse St Kilda, Opal Noosa (online store I bought from), Byronbay Boutique. Avoid this business & others similar advertised on FB & IG.
I have returned the goods I bought at my own cost on principle. I have emailed the merchant on multiple occasions requesting a refund and to date they claim they are unable to issue my refund, offering me a store credit instead which I do not want & do not have to accept. I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC & commenced a transaction dispute with my bank to try & get a refund.

Received my order and the shoes were faulty and of poor quality, broke when tried on for the first time. I immediately contacted them and was promised a new pair of shoes as replacement of the broken ones. Six weeks later they refuse to answer emails and no shoes have arrived. FRAUDSTERS!!!

Item far from what was advertised. Sent back for a refund as they instructed but they gave a false address and item returned as not deliverable Emails not answered.

Sent item I didn’t order and won’t reply to emails, absolutely fraud.
Quality of products extremely poor, and appalling customer service.

This company do not offer full refunds to return goods that do not fit well and sadly are of inferior material & quality
The stocks arrives direct from a factory in China eh8ch is ok of cpurse,however they try to keep offering you discounts to incentivice you to keep the product.

This company makes you think it’s an Australian company but it’s Chinese, you have to send parcels back there.

MY Bag was supposed to be Luxury Leather, only used it for 4 days and it fell apart.

I believe this company also owns Byron Bay Boutique and is not an Australian company it is actually an Asian Company that tries to scam Aussies by making them think they are buying Australian products. Goods ordered came in completely different size which was useless and if you want a refund you have to pay between AU$25-50 to send back..DO NOT PURCHASE FROM EITHER OF THEM BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Recieved items, disgusting make, no labels, would fit a size 10, I’m an 18, etc
Emailed them, offered 10% refund, and keep products!!
I kept emailing them, I needed to send photos of items!!! This kept on for 2 months…
Next email, store has closed down, no refund, nothing
Beware of this Chinese Company, they will close down and reappear under another Australian Name, just so you think your supporting another company🥺😡
