Do not buy anything from this online shop. It is a scam. The dress I ordered was terrible quality and nothing like what was pictured. These sites with Australian sounding names and images are scams. Product does arrive eventually but such poor quality and a rip off. Do not waste money trying to g to return it.

Ordered a dress in February. The dress didn't arrive. I contacted them and still no dress. 3 weeks after it arrived. Not the dress I ordered, not the fabric, very poor quality, nothing like the one pictured on the website. It came from China not Australia as advertised. It is thin polyester without the embellishments of the advertised dress. Buttons askew :(
Contacted for a refund / return. Website offers 90 day return. They wont supply a label for pre paid return. They say im responsible for postagr. The havent supplied a return address. They now claim they will offer me 15 % which will save me postage. I'm still trying. I can't afford this :( I paid by credit card. 12 emails later.

The article I thought I had purchased was nothing like the one I received. Such poor poor quality as to have none AT ALL. Should have read reviews beforehand so Im not hopeful at all of getting a refund. But I'll try.

And they don't care about getting bad reviews either, they already know they supply absolute rubbish!!

I should have read the reviews. I thought I was supporting an Australian product. A Chinese company pretending to be an Australian company. The closing down sale has been going for months.
Very slow delivery too . False advertising so definitely don't buy from this company. Like others I tried to return the dress because it was of inferior quality but was told I would have to pay the $20 return postage. After numerous emails they said I could keep the dress and I would be refunded 15%. A very dishonest business that is a scam. Steer clear of it.

Do not buy from this company. Very dodgy. They wont refund for any reason.

Purchased 8th December 2024. Value $227.33 aud items arrived January 6th 2025
Returned full order on January 9th to address supplied by customer service. Postage for return was $49 aud ( not expecting refund for postage)
Expecting to receive the promised 100% refund for purchase.

March 25th (today) no response to any email no refund.

Do yourself a favour stay away from this company

Did all usual checks to ensure this was a legit on line company - even made to look like it is Australian based.Placed and paid for order on 22 Feb and its' status is still waiting to be picked - today is 13 Mar! I have messaged them twice requesting they ship my order or refund my money & no reply - definitely think it is a scam - do NOT order anything from them!

Scam… it is a cheap Temu item that looks nothing like advertised item . Took weeks to arrive now because it was a Temu delivery

Scam! I have received this crapy item . I have already sent 5 emails to them but no reply for the return. I ordered one item but they charged me for 2 and sent me 2 of the same items. Not even close to the one shown in the picture.

I was scammed. I purchased a bag from Double Bay Boutique thinking it was from a Sydney store as it stated. I paid extra for express delivery and it arrived 3 weeks later. The bag I recieved was nothing like the one shown in Double Bay Boutique video/add. I ordered a leather bag, the one I recieved is faux leather, the inside card pockets were not the same as advertised nor are the zips and closures. There are other things not right with this bag. After recieving this bag, I imediately sent an email to Double Bay Boutique but did not get a reply. My husband did some searching for me and found this company has not got an ABN and no actual address is given for this company. My bag took 3 weeks for delivery as it was shipped from China, not Sydney.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM DOUBLE BAY BOUTIQUE. They are scammers.
