Antwoord van Doxdirect UK Online Printing
Hi Kim,
We are so pleased to hear that you found our process easy and efficient! Thanks for the fab review!
Kind regards, Tessa
No communication of delay - you let me down, it was for a present.
I ordered a simple one page print on a Tuesday evening with 24hr Royal Mail delivery.
I expected it to be delivered Thursday or Friday at the lastest.
I had no communication of progress. I called on the Friday and found that the order had not even been printed yet. I cancelled the order. The item was for a present and you have let me down. This is the first time I have used Doxdirect and will not use you again.
