Initially a problem, but once notified it was swiftly resolved.

2 days late on delivery - paid for the fastest delivery and it arrived 2 days late.
delivery costs refunded, hence the 2 stars rather than 1.

First class service and quality printing.
This was a reprint as Royal Mail failed to deliver and lied about the reason why. When the printing finally arrived the first time it was late and damaged and so useless to me.

My ordered was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd and its was delivered on the 4th. My order was dispatched late evening of the 3rd. I've made quite a lot of orders in the past month and always pay generous amounts for shipping. As I need these copies for professional reasons it's quite important to have them on time. This was the first time this happened.

I had some prints done by Doc Print recently and a few of them weren’t quite what I expected. They handled it brilliantly though — gave me a full refund straight away, no questions asked. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future; they’re going to be my main printing company from now on.

Normally the printing is very good and to date have been very happy with the results. Unfortunately for this order, double sided A4 colour printing of personalised birthday cards, one side of each had "banding" on. I sent a request for them to be reprinted with a photo of the problem. If the customer service team had responded that day there was just time to get the corrected products to me. But no, wanted the products returned or destroyed when unfortunately I was away. I explained this and then they just ignored me, rubbish customer service.

An excellent company! I was trying to get a PDF poster printed and this company can do that (many couldn’t). I’m not very competent on the Internet so I phoned for Help and the person on the end of the phone couldn’t have been more helpful or more patient. My poster arrived a few days later and I am thrilled with it. I will be using the company again soon. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better product- Doxdiret thank you.
