Great for free missing pet posters
Used them for some free missing cat posters via PetsReunited. They were very good quality and arrived within 24hrs - much appreciated (and the cat is home too!)

Order not delivered on time
I ordered and paid for express delivery for Saturday as I needed the document for Sunday. I had no correspondence to say that they were experiencing high demand and the delivery would be delayed, so as I hadn't received the document on Saturday I had to go to a local printers to get it printed. When I contacted customer service to cancel my order and refund me they were very good and agreed. I have used this company before and they are usually faultless, so I will use them again.
