Unfortunately these very well made dog booties did not fit our dog....however, the customer service was fast and professional and we look forward to receiving another pair.

To update my experience: my credit card cancelled payment to Doxie world at my request. This happened ten days ago. Neither my card company or I have had any contact from Doxie World.

The above is from January of 2026. Further experience with Doxie World has been extremely negative. They kept trying to repost their charges to my Discover Card, more than once. I appealed to Discover Card and they asked Doxie World to present some proof of an attempt to solve my complaint I understand that Doxie World never responded to Discover Card.
Ultimately Discover Card ruled in my favor but it did cost my time and annoyed me immensely at a merchant could be so unprincipled.

I ordered a jacket for my dog and it was too small. I placed another order for a larger one and then contacted customer support for instructions to return the one that did not fit. When I did not hear back I sent a second e mail and received a response almost immediately. I was told that to return the item would be inconvenient and since I had ordered another one already I could choose another item from their website for equal value, would not be charged for it and they would ship it for free. I was also told I could keep the one that was too small. To me that is excellent customer service.

I ordered the wrong size for my dachshund and when I emailed I got a response right away and excellent customer service. Not to mention, the clothing was very cute and of good quality. I would absolutely order from here again.

The products I received were of great quality, but I mistakenly ordered the wrong sizes. I have sent them the measurements of my dog and they are sending the correct sizes to me. Very pleased with their customer service so far! They answered quickly and offered right away to correct the problem.

I ordered The Dog Face Dachshund purple jacket from Doxie.us as a gift . The jacket is beautiful but unfortunately too small. Doxie.us quickly and easily exchanged the jacket for a larger size, Thank you for a great product and an effortless exchange!

I had a few issues with sizing, but contacted customer service and they were more than accommodating. Wanted to make sure my baby got the fit she deserved. Well done. Very happy.

Customer service people were prompt and polite. I needed to replace my doxxie’s coat, the sizing didn’t conform to a real dog. I have not received the replacement yet so I can’t comment on that. The original shipment took a few weeks. I didn’t realize it was coming from China. It’s nice that they provided a free replacement as I don’t think they would stay in business if returns had to go to Morocco.

Avoid this company. Scammers. Ordered some snow boots for our dog. Looked into this company more after ordering and found there was no customer service phone number. Red flag. After several days the package still hadn't been picked up by the shipper. Red flag. Contacted thru e-mail and was told it sometimes just takes more time, be patient. Red flag. Contacted my credit card company and filed a claim against them for failure to deliver product. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this scammer company. We'll see what happens.

Customer service was very helpful. I ordered the wrong size and they were very helpful and understanding with sending out a replacement.

It has been 11 days and no product. There is no phone number to call, just e mail

I need to exchange an item I bought from The Doxie World, but I haven’t been able to get any response from their support team despite multiple attempts.
They claim to be willing to exchange or refund but will not respond and tell you how.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

The highest quality customer service. My support person, Hajar, always responded to my questions and concerns in a timely manner, providing actuate responses to all my questions and concerns.

Great customer service. Quality items. Wish the delivery was a bit quicker. But, customer service is the best.

Fraud Warning – Misleading Sizing & Return Policy Changes

I placed an order on December 26, 2025 for a Premium Dachshund Harness and a Leash Set $29.95 (Medium) . I received my order on January 5, 2026.

When the items arrived, the “Medium” size was not a true medium at all. It was closer to an extra-small, completely unsuitable for a normal medium-sized dog. This company does not actually sell medium or large dog sizes they only sell very small or wide dachshund-specific sizes. If you are shopping on their site expecting standard dog sizing, your dog’s gear will not fit.

After contacting customer service, I was told I would need to return the item to China, with an estimated return shipping cost of around $200, even though my package shipped from Hialeah, where return shipping would cost about $15.

At the time of purchase, their website stated free returns within 30 days with a provided return label. After I challenged them on the return cost, they changed their return policy, removing the free return label and quietly updating the wording to only say “30 days.”

This is misleading and deceptive business behavior. Changing policies after purchase to avoid honoring returns is unacceptable.

This company is a fraud. Do not order from them unless your dog is extremely small and you are willing to risk losing your money if the item doesn’t fit. I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

I thought this shoo was located in Wyoming. It’s really a more expensive Temu experience with slow shipping. I still haven’t received my item yet. I have sent a couple emails with no reply. This is a SCAM site. Don’t trust it

Shipping took forever! Missing items that said were included in shipment and sent multiple emails requesting assistance with no response. Also, tried to contact customer service through the website and received no response. I sent 3 more emails asking for return instructions and received no response. This company is a scam and a ripoff!

UPDATE 01/28/2026: Finally, several weeks ago, the tracking status of my return changed. I sent 2 inquiries as to the status of my refund before I received a response telling me details would be shared with me shortly. On Jan. 18, I received an email refund notification. Within a few days, the refund hit my credit card. End result: 4 months to receive less than 50% of what I paid.
Original post: Zero stars if it was possible. Same findings after the fact as other one-star ratings. Not a US company.
Shipping time is not advertised on the site, it took 18 days, and was delivered on Sept. 8. The package obviously shipped from China. The return policy guarantees satisfaction. I'd thought at worst they'd surprise me with a restocking fee (which could still happen). Available reviews liked the product, true that it could work for some. When the item did NOT work for my pet, the link for "help with returns" instructs a person to email ****@*****.**. The version of the return policy I was working with said returnable 30 days from receiving the item. I was advised that returning items to the warehouse is more than the product price (about $65), that I had to pay for the return shipping, and that instead they would provide a free replacement for the "incorrectly purchased size". So I could have TWO that don't work. The reason it is costly to ship a return is because it goes ALL THE WAY to China. After pointing out some verbiage with screen shots from their site, I was offered any item of my choice (not just a different size of my item) up to the same price as my item. I'm sure the cost on these items are a fraction of the retail price. Likely that solution pacifies many, and Doxie gets to keep the money. But I want my money back (even if it amounts to half given the expense of returning), and definitely don't want this company to have my money.

On Sept. 19, I shipped the item to the China address given for about 1/2 what I paid for the item. The US postal worker advised that no tracking may be available once the package left the U.S. It tracked out of the US and to China, where it landed in "Customs" on October 3, and there it sits. Today is November 14. Every couple of weeks or so I ask for a status check on the package and they tell me the same - it's in Customs and they appreciate my patience.

I will update this review when/if this ever resolves. If I could do it over, I'd pay a little more for something from a reputable company that has a specific and reliable return policy.

Had looked forward to buying from Doxie us but it's a horrible experience so far. Ordered among other things a light up ball for my dachshund's birthday. First I wasn't aware I was ordering direct from China. I thought I was ordering from the US. Everything was sent separately and nothing has arrived. Some things were not sent at all and are still without tracking info. My dachshund's big birthday present? Sent back to China stating "package returned due to security check issue"! Seriously? What does that even mean?
Banger's ball didn't pass customs security? I wasn't supposed to deal with customs as this is supposed to be a US company. Doxieus misrepresented itself. I was so looking forward to giving Banger this wonderful light up ball which was quite pricey but so worth it to see him enjoy it which I know he would have. Had I known I was ordering directly from China I would never have attempted this as I needed it by his birthday, now it seems he won't be receiving it at all. Never trust a company without a working phone number. Customer service hasn't responded yet despite many emails......
