Ordered a 3xl jacket based upon the sizing chart and normally wearing a 2xl. The jacket I received was undersized to the point of being unwearable. Contacted customer service and offered to return the jacket for a full refund or exchange it for a larger size and was denied these options and only offered a $12 refund on a $99 purchase. This vendor is located in mainland China, where the jacket was manufactured, shipped from Italy and through an address in Chicago.
This vendor is a sham, and I do not recommend purchasing from them.

I ordered from this company because they represented themselves as a company in the USA that was producing USA made products. I ordered a piece of clothing and received the billing which included an import tax. The original tracking data stated that the product was being shipped from Ireland. A month or so later, the tracking information said that my item was in a city about a hundred miles away. The next day, the tracking data said that my item had been delivered the week before. When I contacted the company, I was given a completely different set of tracking dats that showed that the product had originated in China. I never did receive the product.

Actually, I would give it a 0, if I could. I ordered in mid December. It tracked into the country.
I kept checking the tracking. I contacted the support. They sent me to a computer guy, who was going to charge me more than the item cost, to look into the problem Finally, it disappeared fromNeedless to say, I have never received the item.

I placed my order in February. I should have known better. The products looked good on the website and the prices were reasonable. Firstly, I had to contact Paypal. My account was charged $38 more than the cost. I complained immediately and was, SURPRISE, refunded the difference. I then waited, and waited, checking the tracking number every few days. The goods made by this little company in Missoula were coming via Italy. I realized something was wrong. I couldnt believe it but my goods were delivered this morning - 2.5 months later. They are rubbish. The beautiful embroidery work on the shirts is, infact, printed material. The denim isn't denim at all but printed fabric to look like denim. Without trying them on at all, I'm donating them all to Goodwill. Nothing at all that I would wear. - Lesson learned!

I got scammed never got my order tracking number was invalid never got money back PayPal wouldn't help me get my order or money back been with PayPal for 19 years close my account with PayPal over this in this day in age people shouldn't be getting ripped off after this company said it was shipped and there clothes r made in the u.s.

The whole web site Is a SCAM. I never received the 2 items and impossible to talk to a live agent. Warning "Do not buy from this company. Items are from China. Really bad company.

Refused to acknowledge any return request. NOT shipped in US or made - completely dishonest company. Product is crap

100% scam. The clothing they sell is *easily 3-4 times smaller than US sizes and they won't accept any returns. I bought a 2x jacket and it's literally the size of an adult small. Instead of processing returns, they offer you a 20% refund to just go away. Then the refund never comes. What are you going to do? Sue them? They're in China.

This is a SCAM company operating out of CHINA - not Montana. Ordered an XL jacket. After 3 weeks the jacket arrived. Label says XL, but I couldn't even zip it up. Emailed customer service numerous times and told them I wasn't happy with my purchase and would like to return. On the second email, I realized I was talking to a BOT. I followed the return policy posted on their website. First, they offered me $9, then $11 and finally $15 to forget about the return. Bottom line...in order to return, I would have to ship the jacket back to CHINA.

Complete scam. Do not order from this company. Not US based, chicom scam.

I wish I had read reviews before I got scammed too. Buyer beware. I ordered my wife several sweaters, and they never arrived. It's been nearly 3 months. Customer service informed me it was "indeed delivered" and to "check my surveillance", not even realizing the tracking information lists it still in transit from Texas (for the last two weeks). I could have walked there faster.

Ordered an article of clothing on 12/3/25, still have not received it. No customer phone number, I sent an email with no response. SCAM, SCAM SCAM!

ABSOLUTE SCAM

Supposed to be a Montana Company, product was posted from Ireland. Ordered on 10th Dec as a Christmas Present for my wife....Now 26th January and still havent received anything

Their pictures show a high quality product . I ordered 2 shirts. Both are very low quality junk. I won’t wear them.

The quality of product is garbage. I didn't get what I ordered and what I got doesn't look anything like what I did ordered, so it wasn't an honest mistake. Charged me double on taxes.

This site is a straight up scam!!!!! Ordered over 1 month ago and it keeps tracking to Jacksonville FL!!! Was stuck in Germany for 6 days, then customs, then US Customs, then US imports, now Jacksonville FL for 7 days!!!! Chase Bank is aware and agreed! Now the website is even down.

Montana Western Shop is a scam. I ordered product the first of December and as of January 20 have not received a thing. AI sends a tracking that is bogus.

I ordered 2 items from THE MONTANA WESTERN SHOP back in December.. I received them yesterday January 16th. they were here in the U. S. Turns out I checked the tracking.. This stuff came from SLOVENIA by Way of Greece and God knows where else. Both inferior quality and NOT anything like pictured. One supposedly a sweater didn't come close to the color on the site and defitely NOT a sweater as well as badly made. The other a sweater coat? Looked pretty on the site but actually looked like it was made of cat hair.. Anyway long story short I asked for a refund and they offered me $8 USD as goodwill gesture but would not refund they said I got what I ordered.
TOTAL SCAM.. and as a side note.. The package was sent by someone in Vernon CA. No company name, no actual return address and no phone#.
PLEASE PEOPLE CHECK REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY.. I didn't and now am out $78.

Paid 86.00 for 2 similar items, received one and the quality was horrible and the other item was something that was not ordered. When I emailed them for a return label they offered me an 8.00 credit. Are you kidding me. I will return both items and deny the charges. These people are ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. AND IT TOOK OVER 2 MONTH TO GET THE SHIPMENT
