I ordered a costume for my dog in September so I could be set for Halloween. Once I got my tracking info I found out it was coming from china, which I do not typically have an issue with, but the doxie.us site name lead me to sense dishonesty from the vendor. At this point I began cautiously watching the tracking site

I checked every day and discovered that link for the tracking info did not update often even though Sharif (customer service)PROMISED that my package was being packed and shipped and processed. Finally the tracking info updated to being caught in customs.

After 18 days, I reached out to Sharif again and asked where my package was. After a few exchanges, and a couple lies about delivery, sharif finally admitted that it was lost in transit.

Sharif promised my package would be expedited and I would receive it before the holiday. 3 days later and my packages hadn’t even been picked up.

I asked Sharif what was going on. He never got back to me. That was weird because I typically got responses within an hour when I reached out at around 8amCST. So, I requested a refund and he never got back to me, again. Leads me to believe that this is a month long scam, and I’ve been getting the run around on from this fake company.

Please never buy from this company. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Cute Dachshund specific clothes that are reasonably priced and charming. Customer service was excellent as I ordered a jacket that did not fit and they responded immediately with a solution. Make sure you measure your dog accurately for the items. Great experience.

I bought a backpack for my dachshund from doxie.us.
The first issue was that the backpack took almost 2 weeks to arrive because they were shipping from China. There was no mentions in the website about this.
Second issue, the backpack is too small for my dachshund, so I wanted to return. They keep me offering a replacement even if I say that the replacement won’t work for me as I need the backpack asap and I can’t wait for two weeks.
I asked for either a refund and they say I need to ship back the item at my expense even if the website says they will provide the shipping label.
Also, the backpack is very low quality.

Customer service keeps repeating the same things, and I think I just got ripped off.
