Doxzoo Reviews

Easy process, a range of choices, quality of the product and fast delivery. A bit pricey, especially P&P.

Really easy to use, cover template helped enormously with designing cover, and arrived quickly, so great value for money.

Great posters every-time!! I Always order from here. However, that being said the delivery charge is quite expensive despite being 5 days delivery or 2 weeks, so not even Next day delivery and it’s costing more than the order itself. They do offer click and collect which does end up being cheaper than delivery, that’s what I opted for the last time I ordered, but still expensive.

Perfect, fast and exactly how I wanted it

Great quality printing and arrived in perfect condition on time. Very happy.

Outstanding quality- I particularly like the fact you can view whole project before you order. Really good prices too.

Exactly what I wanted. Great quality, will definitely use again.

Doxzoo allowed me to print exactly what I wanted in exactly the way I wanted to print it. And the cost was pretty amazing, too. I ordered 5 copies of a memoir for less than the cost of a 4-color package of ink for my printer. The website walks you through the process in a simple, easy-to-understand way. Shipping was prompt and the product was nicely done. I am very pleased.

I use Doxzoo for all my printing needs. The uploading and ordering process is so straightforward, delivery fast and efficient, and the quality of the product excellent. And all at a great price. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love this company so easy to order and top quality every time !

Prints came out amazing and arrived quickly. Couldn't be happier

was very great

I used Doxzoo to print out some 'print and play' board game materials that I had on PDFs. I used their service so I could have the materials on higher grade cardstock (250 gsm) than my own printer could handle, and I was very pleased with the results. The process of uploading my documents was very straightforward, and my printouts were of excellent quality, both in terms of the actual printing and the cardstock itself. Delivery time was quick, and the price was very reasonable, so I will definitely use their services again.

Easy to do, great value, quick delivery and great quality.

All good as usual! easy to order, nice quality and fast dispatch - what more do you need?

I am really happy with the way my book turned out. The delivery was fast. I am very satified with my purchase.

as a relatively new computer user I just want to say how user-friendly the system was, how easy it was, ,how fast it was how efficient it was My products arrived in super fast time, And I was ultimately impressed I'd been looking to have some playing cards printed and other companies were quoting the £300. thank you very much I will be becoming a repeat customer I look forward doing business with you

Excellent service, pritning a few more copies of an existing 52pp vocal score. Took the pdf files and turned them into a fine quality document at a reasonable price.

I used Doxzoo to print time-sensitive legal documents for Court. The parcel arrived with the outer packaging severely compromised and damaged. Because Doxzoo charges for packaging as part of their service, I expected the item to arrive in a condition fit to be forwarded to the Court. Instead, I had to spend my own valuable time making emergency amendments to rectify the paperwork due to their transit failure.
When raised, Doxzoo’s literal response was "this happens" and they refused even a partial refund for the failed packaging because the paper inside wasn't completely ruined. Total lack of basic consumer understanding and shocking customer service. If you are printing anything important, do not trust this company. They take your money, fail to deliver proper packaging, and then mock you when it goes wrong. AVOID.
