I used Doxzoo to print time-sensitive legal documents for Court. The parcel arrived with the outer packaging severely compromised and damaged. Because Doxzoo charges for packaging as part of their service, I expected the item to arrive in a condition fit to be forwarded to the Court. Instead, I had to spend my own valuable time making emergency amendments to rectify the paperwork due to their transit failure.
When raised, Doxzoo’s literal response was "this happens" and they refused even a partial refund for the failed packaging because the paper inside wasn't completely ruined. Total lack of basic consumer understanding and shocking customer service. If you are printing anything important, do not trust this company. They take your money, fail to deliver proper packaging, and then mock you when it goes wrong. AVOID.

Super quick and professional! A real lifesaver.

I bought a synthesizer. It has a 150 page PDF manual that you can download from the manufacturer. They don't provide a print version. PDF is inconvenient when you're using a hardware device. I prefer to have a paper manual to refer to.

The Doxzoo ordering process was straightforward and clear. I received several emails informing me of progress. The manual arrived within a week.

The quality is superb. The 160 gsm matt paper is thick and smooth. Text and images are pin sharp. Colours and bright and accurate. The wire binding is strong and the document is easy to open close to any page.

Overall, I'm delighted with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Doxzoo. Price was very reasonable too. Thanks!

First class service, all my questions were answered quickly, and advice given as to how to complete my order. The process of ordering was straightforward once I got used to it, and the books were delivered within the time-frame given. As for the quality, I could not be more impressed, they look superb, cover and page quality card/paper is excellent, and they are robust. I have been so impressed by this company that I have just submitted two more books for printing. All in all, I have received a first class service.

I can't judge the product because I haven't received it. I paid an enhanced fee to have the package expressed here and it was supposed to arrive today. It hasn't. It is time sensitive. I have no tracking information other than it was supposed to be here today.

I have had numerous manuscripts printed by DOXZOO and everyone is perfect. Very prompt delivery. Frankly i would not go anywhere else.

Very nice printing but no coating for tarot cards which is an issue with time.

Great quality work!

The turnaround time and overall quality of my journal was amazing! One of my pages was noticeably tore up on the outer side (I'm assuming from the machine) so that was a big bummer, but other than that, I was impressed with the quality I received! Delivery timing was great too!

Good quality and delivered when they said it would be

I’m extremely happy with how my product turned out it was nearly exactly how I wanted it the only tiny little thing that was different was it came a little more purple to what I had uploaded but I do not mind it’s such good quality and people keep complimenting me on it.

The communication with doxzoo was on point and excellent delivery on the product, received exactly what we expected to be delivered and was delivered on time.

Before going to them, I went to 4-5 different print shops who quoted me 4 times the price for the same job. I would definitely go back to them.

Did what it said on the tin top quality printing

I received my 4 books from Doxzoo and was blown away by the quality. Absolutely recommend this company; you will not be disappointed.

Urgently needed some printouts for something I had left too late. Was easy to selected what I wanted, I thought the pricing and delivery options were reasonable. I was shown a proof of exactly what my print outs would look like and they arrived on the exact day I had specified. Quality was good too!
