I’ve never received my order from January 25,2021 all correspondence with them sent me back an immediate response of your item was shipped, which obviously I never received. I’m going to report this company to BBB.
Do NOT trust this fraudulent company.

I had an issue with my first print. After I contacted Dpintes it was immediately addressed and a replacement was sent out. The replacement came in short order and is perfect.

I ordered a Valentine's gift and the design page stated that "Acceptable, the text size will appear smaller" when we had more than 14 characters. The final product did not contain smaller text as promised in on their website. Contacted support and was told via email that they are not able to make any text smaller even though the website clearly stated that they will. I'm out $40 because their website provided incorrect information and they refused to compensate for the loss. If you do purchase from them, rely only on the proof, don't trust anything else.

Totally unsatisfied with my purchase, the picture quality was horrible and it had a misspelling of my wife's name. I sent an email regarding the issue and was informed that a new print would be sent...well i got the new print today and it is the exact same issue...picture quality is horrible and my wife's name is still misspelled. At this point I just want my $33 back...let's see what happens, stay tuned.

Ordered a poster for Valentine’s Day, first package got lost and they promptly reprinted and sent a replacement.

The quality of the print and lay out is beautiful.
But I received an order confirmation on January 17, 2021, not realizing it would be delivered one month later especially when I paid enormous shipping fee of $50. Thanks but no thanks.
