Size chart is totally wrong. I emailed to request an exchange three times and they ignore me. Not even asking for a refund, just an exchange. Really disappointing. Will never buy or recommend again.

I ordered three items from Dracula Clothing, and UPS lost my package. Mel from the support team worked with me to have UPS try to find it, and when they couldn't, offered me the choice of a refund or to resend the clothing. UPS made a delivery error again, and once again Mel worked with me and this time was able to get UPS to successfully deliver my items to me. While it did take longer than anticipated to get my items due to UPS' error, Mel's support through the process was great. The clothing itself also arrived in excellent condition and fit properly. I'd highly recommend this store.

I have been drooling over the corsets on this site for ages, and finally decided to take the plunge. When it arrived (in less than a week!) it was stunning, but too big. I contacted Dracula Clothing, and an exchange was arranged immediately. I ordered too small the second time, and I was able to exchange it AGAIN for the perfect size! The customer service is AMAZING (thanks to Mel!) and the corset is everything I hoped it would be! I will definitely be ordering from this company again. You should, too! 🖤🦇🖤

I ordered pants that didn’t fit properly. Mel offered me several return options and, even though the item wasn’t eligible for a refund, we were able to exchange it at minimal cost and with exceptional speed.

Great Customer Service! I always got an answer to my replies and questions! Very nice and you feel safe as a customer.

BE VERY CAREFUL!
The purple and black trousers were NOT TRUE TO SIZE! And therefore did NOT fit me. Fobbed off with ‘manufacturing sizing tolerance’ And now I have to return them at my own cost!! NOT AT ALL HAPPY!! ALSO ridiculously low waisted and a SLIM FIT! I am a 14 and ordered a 16 and would have needed a 18 at least!!
VERY DISAPPOINTED AND VERY EXPENSIVE! Plus the material isn’t nice either!!!

Fantastic company, it was easy placing my order and Dracula clothing shipped my order really quickly. I am in the UK and took about a week to receive items. The clothes I ordered were excellent quality and really beautiful. Overall I am very pleased with my experience with Dracula clothing and would recommend and buy from again.

I’ve ordered three items from Dracula Clothing so far – two coats and one jacket – and I’m absolutely thrilled.
Both coats are truly wonderful and of outstanding quality. I get an incredible number of compliments every time I wear them. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into both the design and craftsmanship.
For my most recent order, I unfortunately chose the jacket two sizes too large and had to return it. However, the customer service was absolutely exceptional. I received a reply within the same hour, was able to send the item back within two days, and had the correctly sized jacket delivered to me just one week later.
Both the product quality and the fast, friendly customer service have completely convinced me. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop – an easy five stars!

I had the wrong size and wrong type corset. I had a wonderful interaction via email. The lovely lady helped me out and had so much patience. She helped me out great and told me how to get the correct size. After a while of email traffic. I had a new corset in the mail, she was friendly and helpful. Thank you! It's gonna be amazing on my outfits!

I was so pleasantly surprised by this company; I hadn't heard of them before so I didn't know what to expect, I was just looking for a kraken skirt - the items I received were great quality, the items arrived at my home so quickly, and the customer service was incredible! I will continue to support this business.

DRACULA CLOTHING: Rückgabe gibt es nicht, nur Umtausch. Rücksendeschein nur nach Zahlung von 7,50€ Versandkostenanteil. Das macht 15€ bei Halbe, halbe und dann auch noch 5km Weg zum UPS Point. Werde sicher nicht wieder bestellen. Denn wenn der Artikel wieder nicht passt, bleib ich darauf sitzen.

I purchased black corset once and it's so perfect and comfortable😭but I'm fatter than before so I bought a bigger size this time
Also I chose some different color too, but one item was wrong, I asked if I could change to the right one

But CSR said they could sent me right one and i don't need to sent it back

Excellent unique products and excellent support. No problem returning items of the wrong size and get a refund, in spite of being in different countries in the EU.

I paid no attention to the sizing guide and ordered based on my other corsets ….. when the garment arrived, it swamped me! Their support and customer service was nothing short of outstanding and I am now the proud owner of a beautiful bustle corset that fits me perfectly! They even let me change the print on return (the one I really wanted was out of stock when I first ordered). Highly recommended!

One of my best friend could only wear her beautiful - 100% wool coat in the extreme of winter.

My skirt shipped lightning fast to the US (ordered Feb 1, shipped Feb 3, delivered Feb 4), and is a gorgeous piece I am extremely happy to have. Quality and detail are beautiful, and I look forward to shopping here again.

10/10 corset: very sturdy, very hight quality, very comfortable and overall I am extremely happy and the corsets are extremely affordable espeicially for suck great quality!

11/10 costumer service: this was one of the best costumer services I have ever experienced! They were super fast to answer my emails, very understanding, helpful and extremely extremely nice! Thank you!

I will start by saying how happy I am with the customer service. They had to take extra time to help me on the original order, due to a manufacturing defect on size. They worked with very well to resolve the issue. I found another item I wanted to swap to. While any back and forth chat can take a while it felt honest and true. Made it feel worth while. Thanks again.

J’ai acheté un manteau chez Dracula clothing en S, il est très beau sur ce point là je suis contente, mais niveau rapport qualité/prix ça me semble catastrophique. Je l’ai acheté 150€ des coutures de partout s’en vont, la manche gauche se détache même un peu de l’épaule (je vois tout les coutures apparaître) donc là j’ai très peur que cela ne tienne pas dans le temps. J’ai un peu l’impression de me faire arnaquer.
