Really cheap quality. Doesn't last more than a few days

Got my order faster than expected. The pieces are very well made, and I received a good reaction while wearing them. Will be buying from Dracula Clothing as soon as possible.

Draculaclothing is a shop where I have recently bought two coats in avant-garde, gothic fashion. It isn't my first shopping experience with this store, during the past years I had also bought some other garments. These pieces of clothing, especially coats, looked of good quality in the photos put in their web shop - and when I got them, I was truly amazed. Every detail on the coats, from the satin ribbon to the rich velvet layers, buttons, faux fur collar and corset lacing in the back - was of such high quality that it exceeded all my expectations. I feel like a Victorian queen in these coats and they are also warm. I received parcel after 12 days since I made an order (I live in Europe, out of EU).
Another thing I would like to emphasize is the direct and efficient communication with their shop staff by e-mail, they showed really excellent in solving the situation I had with one coat (ordered M, but wrote to ask to change for bigger size when realized that could be small) – Truls solved my “problem” in such a professional manner that I couldn’t be more satisfied with overall experience with Draculaclothing shop, both quality of clothes and quality of people working there.

It’s been an absolute nightmare dealing with this company. First of all, their measurements are more like the actual measurements of your skin than that of clothing size. (So whatever your actual measurements are, add several cm to “imagine wearing clothing” to estimate your size…if that makes sense(?). I ordered 2 coats. One of the coats they sent was the wrong model altogether and both were too small around the bust (although I measured exactly). I immediately wrote to them that a) one coat was the wrong model b) that they are both the wrong size and that I would like to return them and reorder a larger size.
They then gave me two options:
1) “You can sell it yourself (Ebay, Facebook, Depop, to a friend, etc) and get a 30% rebate code for a new purchase (our cost price). We will then ship you a new product immediately, you can sell it when and however you want and you don’t need to send us any proof, we will give you the rebate code right away. This is the quickest and cheapest way to do an exchange. 2) Send the coats back at my own expense.

I don’t have time to sell things on Ebay so I spent 30+Euros sending the coats back to the address they gave me. The coats were in transit for weeks (from Austria to the neighboring country Czechia! Shouldn’t take more than a week). The package was never accepted and then finally returned back to Austria several weeks later where I had to pay an additional 23 Euros fee at the post office for the transit costs back to Austria!

When I emailed this situation to Dracula Clothing I was told that the problem was with the Czech post and I should call them and complain. Sorry, I don’t speak Czech and I don’t have time to run after Czech postal bureaucracy.

I then spent an additional 30+ Euros to resend the package and it finally arrived.
I received the refund for the coats but I lost around 90 Euros in having to ship the coats back and forth.
I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I won’t buy again from this shop. Too much stress, miscommunication, wrong orders shipped etc.

P.S. I noticed they added a better explanation to their sizing chart after my initial complaint regarding their confusing sizing practices.

Easy to order, fast delivery, great products

My daughter wanted the dress and corset for her Homecoming Dance and we crossed our fingers it would come in time....and it did. She loved them both and was so proud of her first corset. The quality was good and I am pretty sure she will find many other things to wear it at.....even though she is not usually a dress girl but she so wanted this one.

Definitely one of the best alternative clothes brands; original and eye-catching designs, and there's plenty to choose from. The dresses I ordered are both cute and comfortable to wear, the fabric is tactile.

I honestly was a little skeptical of this site and what quality of corset I would get. I was genuinely and honestly surprised, and am absolutely in love with the piece I bought. Great coloration, great feel to the fabric, ties were well done. The fit was perfect for me and that has been a challenge on most sites that sell corsets. It came in good amount of time and gave great updates the entire time. I do wish you’d ship in boxes vs bags.

Came across their site unexpectedly and ordered, the prices were incrediably cheap so didn't expect much
. Absolutely love the skirt I ordered, and was the perfect fit I used their sizing guide.. so I ordered again a jacket. They always look so good on the models so was a little hesitant, but again absolutely loved it and a perfect fit, and the quality is very good. Full tracking and super quick delivery cannot recommend them enough.

My corset is amazing and fits perfect. High quality fabric and the construction of this corset is amazing. Shipping was lightning fast! I will definitely order from Draculaclothing again, highly recommend

The clothes is gorgeous and has great quality. They are so professional and care about their customers. I recently made an order of a dress and a corset and fell in love with both. Sadly I had to change the corset due to the size (mine wasn't available at the moment and I took the risk to buy a smaller one lol) and they answered really quickly to my message and helped me a lot. I wanted a refund but they also gave me the option to exchange it for another item. When they received the package they refund me almost at the moment. I also think their prizes aren't expensive because the quality and beautiful designs they have. I absolutely recommend this shop and I'll buy again for sure 🖤

I have ordered from this company before. Their prices are very fair for the quality of garments they provide. Their sizing is accurate - and the pieces look elegant, tailored and expensive, which is a departure from other supposed goth clothing companies. Their shipping times were excellent. I will definitely order from them again.

I got the velvet black evil queen coat. I was completely in love with it until I noticed sticky tape on the frill at the front. On closer inspection I found 6 pieces of clear tape in various places around the frill (which goes all the way around the coat). I emailed to say I'm scared to remove them as they might be there to stop the frill from fraying (which of course is not normal). I was told to remove them and it should be fine. It wasn't. The frill immediately started to fray after removing the first piece of tape. I knew then that the coat had not been finished properly. I was not prepared to pay £113 for a shabby piece of clothing. I told them what happened and asked for a prepaid returns label and that I would like a full refund. I was told I could have a 20% refund or money off my next order. No good to me. I didn't want either. I said it is in their returns policy that if the item is faulty they will pay postage and refund fully. They said only if it's a major fault that can't be fixed and could I get it fixed. No I'm not getting it fixed. It shouldn't be faulty to begin with. Why would I want to keep it and mess around taking it to be fixed somewhere. I was told I could sell it to someone. No. If it's not good enough for me I want to return it end of. They said the cost of postage for them would be almost as much as the coat. Not my problem (refer back to returns policy stating faulty returns are at their cost). They said they will refund me UP TO the full amount but were hoping for something fairer than that. I said no. Full refund. Have it back at ur cost if u want or not. If u don't give me my money back I'm taking the matter further. Last email from them "hi. I have refunded you"
I have never in my life had so much hassle, 11 emails in total trying to haggle with me. Dracula clothing need to sort themselves out. How about checking items before dispatch? They come across as a great alternative company and I was so happy to find them and finally be able to afford this coat and it was a piece of rubbish.
Will never shop with u again.

My daughter picked this dress as her wedding dress, so I obviously ordered it. I thought it was beautiful too and it looked more like her than a traditional dress. I did NOT realize until after I ordered that the dress would be coming from the Czech Republic so I got a bit worried. I was overly excited at how fast the dress came and even more so to see how beautiful it is in person!!!! It is beautiful on my daughter and she is so excited to wear it in November. The material is great and it is very well made. It does need to go to the dry cleaners for a fluff, but what do you expect with it being packaged, right? My daughter and I couldn't be happier!!! Thank you Dracula Clothing!!
